Fantastic experience: Really great Gym, James is an Excellent Instructor, Keeping our group of 18-21year olds engaged and motivated at all times during our sessions and also Soccer sessions

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best gym in town, the two lads are great in what they do, they cater for all types of fitness and are highly motivating in helping you achieve your goals. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone. On top of it, the guys organise events outside the gym which includes more fitness such as hell & back and bogathon etc. great craic, way of meeting new people and keeping fit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
