Fantastic experience: Top class gym and atmosphere. Frankie and the lads will really have you working hard to the end. But you will always come back for more. Friendly place to be. Changing rooms and showers for both men and women. Heavy bags hanging around a full-size boxing ring on the main floor make it an ideal environment for pros and beginners alike. Really enjoyed it.
