Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. Large enough, so never have to queue for anything, and I appreciate the longer opening time, too. Helped an old person like me to get in the best shape of my life

Positive experience: Very good gym, i have been in different gyms in different countries so i can compare. This gym suitable for both simple fitness and heavy training and lifting. Very good staf, 2girls and 1man they help me with app. If rework the toilet it will perfect. Good place and not expencive just 40euro!

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out, there is a machine for every muscle group. Ample benches multiple dumbells you are never left waiting for weights or machines. The staff are friendly and informative. Fellow gym goers are friendly and down to earth if you are interested in achieving your goals and finding a supportive community this is the gym for you. I'll look forward to seeing you.

Fantastic experience: Lifestyle gym is a great place, I am currently working with Alan as my personal trainer, a hard task master, brilliant at his job, works you hard but makes every sessions really enjoyable, you leave knackered but really happy you've attained another step to getting fit and in shape, can't recommend it enough.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic training and 1st class Personal Training , provided by Alan Wilson and his amazing team of trainers , great attention to details on training, nutrition and a true VIP services provided, if you have a goal and want to reach it look no further, if you want to learn from the Best , and train with the Elite training team , amazing latest equipment and facility , I lost over 4 Stone working with Alan and his team and have become stronger and leanier and most of all learned ,what it takes to reach my goals and to stay there , don't waste your time or money ,you have found the Elite team to get there !!! Alan's personal attention and knowlede to details is mind blowing and the full team are the same ,Why go through the motions , learn and train from the BEST in Business. I can't speak highly enough about the peoope or the service .

Positive experience: the gym is quite good but there are no mirrors and the music is too poorly motivating.

I had major surgery on my stomach 6 months before training, the guys in there brought my core strength back to normal with a fitness program that suited me individually. I cannot thank them enough for their work with me as I now feel like a different person with strength I didn’t know I had, would highly recommend Alan and his team Mairead.

Fantastic experience: Alan and his team are amazing coaches, who are passionate about training. Every group PT session is different and they focus on each individual persons abilities . They have great facilities in both the PT room and the open gyms. I would recommend Lifestyle Fitness to anyone who is looking to join a new gym in enniscorthy.
