Fantastic experience: I stepped into this gym not too long ago not knowing what to expect. I have always been nervous of gyms. Since attending and meeting with the gang here, they have been amazing. I feel right at home and I am loving every minute of my workout sessions. I would 100% recommend checking it out. Take the first step and after that, you will question why you didn't start sooner. Although, I have not met Sean as of yet, he has been consistently checking in with me to see how I am getting on which is so lovely. Loving this gym and an added bonus for the ladies looking to join, there is a womens only gym also which is incredible.

Sean and his team are absolutely fantastic, always on hand to answer any questions you may have and are brilliant at motivating you. I've joined gyms before and fell off along the way after a short time of going. At Nolan Health & Fitness I thoroughly enjoy going to the gym and look forward to my sessions. Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. If you love working out that’s a place for you. There’s all the machines you need and a great team to motivate you. Even during peak hours there’s plenty off room to workout whatever body part you desire. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: A wide range off equipment to suit everyone "cardio machines: bicyles, treadmils, cross trainers, steppers".Even when the place is very busy you wont be waiting in the Q to use a machine.Staff is very welcome and they guide you in the direction you want to go: fitness,lossing weight or body building. They also make a meal plan & work out plan for as little as €300 a year.
