Salto Gymnastics & Trampolining offers high quality gymnastics and trampolining classes for girls and boys age 5 and over. Salto Cork was established in 1998 by Mary Morrissey. Over the years we have taught in many locations in East Cork. We moved into our full-time facility in 2017.

My son takes part in GymAble programme at Salto. He is having fun and developing new gymnastic skills at each session. The coaches are excellent and he feels comfortable in the inclusive environment where fun and gymnastics go hand in hand.

My daughters love going to their gymnastics classes. It’s fun and they meet their friends and make new ones. They love the variety offered by Salto … floor, trampoline, bars and beam. It’s a friendly place with a great sense of care and community.

Our three girls have been members of Salto Gymnastics & Trampolining Club for several years now. They enjoy the fun sessions, meeting with friends and making new ones, and are always greeted with a friendly smile from the coaches. The club competition days gives them a great sense of pride as they get to show off their skills in front of an audience, while competing for the top prizes. In our experience the club itself is well run, with a clear set of rules, guidelines and safeguards in place.

I am writing this letter to express my gratitude for such an incredible establishment. My children Rachel and Isabel are gymnasts of Salto Gymnastics and Trampolining Club. We have been coming to Salto for over 10 years now.

Salto has not only built my children’s skills over the last 10 years, but it has also developed their confidence in new skills learned and ultimately in themselves. Both of my children have grown into beautiful gymnasts, without experiencing the pressure and competitiveness that are often associated with other clubs.

At Salto, we have found not only coaches who are able to teach all the skills required of an elite club, but also a friendly atmosphere that builds self-esteem and confidence, through kindness, hard work, and mutual respect.

We are so grateful that we found Salto, who make us feel like we are part of a big family. The team at Salto are always patient, kind, responsive and open.
