The Martial Arts Academy is an excellent venue for learning self-defense or honing your Kenpo Karate skills in a friendly atmosphere. You'll sense a familial connection with Professor Sifu Shay McNamee, who has dedicated over 40 years to training in Ed Parker’s American Kenpo. We offer a comprehensive range of classes, including Beginners, Self-defense, techniques, forms, sparring, weapons, escrima, and kickboxing. Everyone is warmly welcomed!
