Martial Arts Academy

The Martial Arts Academy is an excellent venue for learning self-defense or honing your Kenpo Karate skills in a friendly atmosphere. You'll sense a familial connection with Professor Sifu Shay McNamee, who has dedicated over 40 years to training in Ed Parker’s American Kenpo.
