Michal is an excellent instructor - very clear, encouraging, patient and always positive. Whether you're new or have been training for years, here everyone is part of a friendly community that supports each other to improve, and have fun while doing it. Can't recommend highly enough!

Negative experience: I went to try but it had many strange legal terms to ve signed: if something happens by their negligence is not their problem, and they will have rights in your image what is that??

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place to get extremely fit and in great shape, all while learning a useful life skill. Exposure to wide range of martial art disciplines too, within Krav Maga syllabus, which is great. All instructors are fantastic and head instructor Michal is an absolute gentleman. Not to mention the mental health benefits that go with the intense training. Highly, highly recommend.
