37° Martial Arts - Kids' Self-Defense & Jiu-Jitsu Classes

Fantastic experience: Fantastic MMA class. The coach puts a lot of time into positive reinforcement and is amazing with kids. My little girl Ava was shy and had little confidence. Fantastic experience: My son has been going to Jiu Jitsu with coach Curtis for over a year now and I highly recommend the classes! Curtis is a very patient, encouraging and experienced teacher and his classes are very well structured. Since starting Jiu Jitsu with coach Curtis, my son has gained so many life skills. It has helped him so much with his confidence and has developed his strength, stamina and discipline. Coach Curtis makes all the kids feel really welcome and included and he is very aware of all their individual needs. Such a great class for kids.

Curtis "coach" is an amazing instructor, incredibly patient and kind whilst Instilling the discipline needed for martial arts. Very glad Dylan has signed up , and he looks forward to it every week.

Fantastic experience: My son Tiernan is really enjoying these jiu Jitsu classes at 37° Martial Arts. He recommends other kids should join as they will have lots of fun, meeting similar kids and learning a new skill. Tiernan also likes the grading system and progression that is rewarded and recognized by Coach Curtis.

Fantastic experience: My daughter really enjoys the martial arts classes. She has been going for 2 mths now. Every Monday, she is keen to go without me even saying it. Teacher amazing to deal with. Great at responding to any questions I have and keeping me up to date with any information I need to know via text. Even letting my daughter swap to another class one week when the day didn't suit us so she didn't miss out. Highly recommend.

Curtis is an amazing role model who insists on respect at all times and he gets it!! Can't recommend highly enough!

Couch Curtis is considerate and includes every child no matter their ability. He is a figure of authority yet still shows kindness and playfulness. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the kids’ martial arts class, Little Ninjas. My son thoroughly enjoys the classes. While Curtis maintains a firm approach with the kids, he has a really good connection with them. The kids really seem to look up to him and respect him. He instills a strong sense of discipline and discourages the use of martial arts skills outside of the class. The classes actively promote a stance against bullying, with a clear message to refrain from hitting or pushing other kids. I think it’s a fantastic blend of skill development, discipline, and a focus on fostering a respectful, inclusive and, most importantly, fun atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this class. I can see my son growing in confidence after each session. Coach Curtis has a great way with the children and is both firm and fair while still making the class fun for the children. We feel lucky to have found such a great class in our area.

Coach Curtis is also not afraid to pull the kids into line which is refreshing these days. They are getting excellent lessons in discipline and listening as well as Superb training.
