Fantastic experience: Amazing class for kids to learn self confidence and concentration skills while also learning how to defend themselves which is a skill they all need to know these days ! Coach Rafal and Michael are amazing with the kids and are so welcoming to the parents my son loves to go every week . Highly recommend this class to everyone

Fantastic experience: A fantastic club to be part of!! It has helped my son with all aspects of his life. I don't believe anything else could have given him the confidence and discipline he has gained over the last the last year and a half.
