Train in Midleton's full time martial arts club, run by former & current ITF World Champion, Mr James Dwyer (Korea 2010 & Argentina 2018). Train for fitness, self-defense, flexibility, or spiritual well-being. Train for life-style, for hobby, for confidence, or for sport, with access to local, national, and international competitions. Our Gym is located upstairs in Market Green (between Tesco's & Heaton's) Beginners are always welcome! Class Times: TKD Ninja Classes (ages 4-7) Mondays & Wednesdays 5.00-6.00 & Saturdays at 10, 11, & 12 Junior Taekwon-Do (ages 8-10) Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays 6.00-7.00 Junior Taekwon-Do (ages 10-12) Tuesdays & Thursdays 7.00-8.00 Teenage & Adult Classes Tuesdays & Thursdays 8.00-9.00

Fantastic experience: Hi Folks My 2 lads 6 and 7 train in this club on a Saturday morning and have a brilliant time, they learn great moves and find it fun which is vital for kids to stay interested, I have always loved martial arts but at nearly 47 did not do any training for years so when I started back with this club I felt I was kidding myself but after a few weeks of training with the odd push I felt good about myself without feeling out of my depth as can happen in other clubs where the training does not cater for all levels and ages, don't get me wrong the lads closely watch you and if there is more in you they will help you find it. Their are plenty good arts around but this one ticks all the boxes for me, good defense, can get you flexible, great opportunity for those who want competitive achievements and all round feel good.
