Fantastic experience: If your unsure about joining LK kickboxing, do it. There are multiple coaches that create a very positive environment that is free from egos or bad attitudes. Everyone in there is welcoming and helpful. I was intimidated before going in there but have never been in such a positive environment. The training is highly technical and very safe. It's drilling, technique and mechanics. You'll be surprised how quickly you pick it up. You can go as hard or fast as you want. There are partners for every level. If you just want to get fit, it's great. If you want to get good at martial arts, you WILL!!
