Fantastic experience: Having completed the beginners course I’m happy to say that it was completely worth it. I never done any sort of combat sports before and I was not sure what I was getting into. However the team at T45 introduced me to jiu jitsu in a great way. Some positive take aways from my experience: - Ciaran and Laura are very experienced at what they do and share an abundance of knowledge to pass on to beginners and advanced members alike. - The facilities are great! - The atmosphere is friendly and inclusive but also challenging. - Updates on discord and keeping everyone up to date is a nice touch. Overall, I would not hesitate on joining. You won’t regret it and even if you decide it’s not for you, T45 is a great place to come to that conclusion.

Fantastic experience: My son has been training at T45 for over two years now , he loves the gym so much he is now training 5 days a week, Ciaran is a fantastic coach and goes out of his way to support my son , travelling to various competitions to corner and give advice.Laura is so welcoming and always is looking out for the kids in the gym. Excellent gym.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend T45 highly enough, Ciaran is an extremely capable and friendly coach, he explains things in a simple and easy to follow manner. The facility itself is very good, clean and well kept. The people who train here are warm and friendly and accommodating of all levels, if you're looking for jiu jitsu in East Cork, this is the best around.

Laura, Ciaran and all of the staff are efficient, kind and go above and beyond to make sure that everyone is training to meet their full potential.

Fantastic experience: My 8yr old daughter joined this club after trying out BJJ at just one open day, she instantly loved it, and started the next Monday! From her first day, Laura and Ciaran have been welcoming, friendly, and great fun. Instilling discipline, confidence and respect into all the children it's such a great atmosphere. My daughter has so much fun I don't think she even realises the self defense benefits she's gaining every day. Highly recommended for all kids and adults!

But I did a trial week in T45 3 months ago and knew there was no need to go check out any other gym. T45 is a very welcoming and inclusive environment and the wealth of knowledge passed down from Ciaran, Laura and Steve keeps everyone coming back. Fantastic experience: I joined T45 Jiu Jitsu in January 2020, at first I was nervous to be trying something different and it was way out my comfort zone. This quickly went away when I was greeted with a big smile from the coaches Ciaran and Laura and other members at the gym. I can honestly say it’s the best thing I have ever done and I haven’t looked back since. I have made friends I would never have crossed paths with. I get excited and look forward to the classes they are great fun and it’s so interesting learning something new. The coaches are always there if I don’t understand anything or have an issue inside or outside the gym. My confidence, Fitness and overall health has improved since going . My Son who has also become a member of the kids class is having the same experience as me. I would advise anyone to come down and try out the gym and you will quickly see that everyone is like a big family.

Fantastic experience: Started BJJ as a complete beginner in July 2022 in T45 and I haven't looked back since. A real cohesive family environment with great coaching/feedback from Ciaran and Laura and good vibes from the other members - who are always willing to share tips/techniques. Always very welcoming to new members and so much fun!

Fantastic experience: I recently trained at T45 for a few weeks whilst at home from overseas. The studio is in a great location and has lots of parking. The training space itself is spacious and clean but the best thing about T45 is the coaches Ciaran & Laura and the community of guys and girls training there! Everyone was very welcoming, Classes were lots of fun, they included great instruction and continuous coaching and tips throughout. Overall there is a great athmosphere, a high standard of Jiu Jitsu and a great crew. I will most certainly be back to train again on my next trip home and I would highly recommend anyone who’s keen to start to give it a go at T45. Well done guys and keep up the good work. Ooossss.
