Fantastic experience: The most unique and best gym I've ever been a member of. The spinning classes in 50 degree heat with oxygen levels reduced to 15.5% along with the heated HIIT room classes all done through heart rate training zones are incredible. I have dramatically increased my cardiovascular fitness and reduced my body weight. Can't recommend the team and this gym highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Anyone who is into training and wants to up the ante on their fitness this is the place to go. The altitude chamber with 15% less oxygen and 50 degrees heat is an amazing experience. Along with bikes and the option of a rowing machine the classes are great and a superb aid for any competition and also recovery. It ticks all the boxes and its in Bray! For the feel good factor alone it's worth checking out.
