Fantastic experience: Great coach, great club I count myself lucky to have met Locky a few years back, a great coach and person. He regularly goes out of his way to help others for little or no financial reward. With his help I have improved my ability noticeably, particularly in the stand up portion of martial arts and look forward to my continued development :-) If you are in Monaghan make sure to get in early doors, as this club is sure to grow into one of areas best
