It has always been my dream to open my own movement space where I can share my passion of training movement to improve the lives of as many people as I can. I have dedicated the past fourteen years of my life to the study of anatomy, movement, pain science and exercise, starting with my BSc Honours in Physiology and Sports Science at Glasgow University. After graduating and beginning my work as a PT, I discovered that textbook style training never yields the best results. I continued my studied with Faster Health and Fitness
