Red King Performance

Red King Performance is owned and operated by Rory O'Connor. Rory holds a bachelor of honours degree in Applied Strength and Conditioning and has worked alongside side various schools, clubs and individual athletes in Munster over the past 8 years. The primary aim of this service is to help individuals become the best version of themselves both physically and mentally. Red King Performance is a strength and conditioning service which provides athletes to the exposure of unique training, monitoring and recovery methods to enhance performance capabilities within their sport. As well as providing coaching services for those simply looking to enhance body composition, general health and overall quality of living.
