Fantastic experience: I have been training under Scott for 8 months, I couldn’t be more delighted with the encouragement, motivation and confidence I have gained under Scott. As an older lady who hasn’t been able to exercise in 8 years due to past illness he has approached my fitness gradually and is also very understanding. Wonderful trainer.
Fantastic experience: I have neurofibromas type 2 Which restricts my mobility and makes exercise difficult Scott created a personalised nutrition and exercise plan that worked with my limitations, And I was able to lose 10kg before my wedding. His support gave me the confidence to push myself safely and showed me that,even with my condition,I could achieve my fitness goals, I can’t recommend Scott’s coaching enough for anyone looking for a individualised approach
Fantastic experience: I have been training with scott for 6 months and he has got me fitter and stronger than I have been in years. I have alot of injuries which he addressed early on and made a specific plan for me to work through pain free as best he could. The weekly plan is easy to follow as he was very thorough with explaining from the start and the one on one sessions are tough but enjoyable with plety of encouragement from scott. Would highly recommend. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Scott really motivated me when I decided to start my fitness journey again in Ireland after living abroad for a number of years. Scott helped me to get back in to a routine and think about my training needs, my food and mindset and helped me to feel comfortable in a gym setting again. His positive outlook helped me to get through those early morning workouts. He tailored my plan and workouts to suit my busy schedule adjusting my workouts for when I was on the road for work. Great trainer and overall great guy to train with you won't regret it
Fantastic experience: Scott has helped me get back to fitness after 20 year out of the gym! He help me to rebuild not only my strength and technique but also my confidence. For the first time in 20 year I feel confident and comfortable in the gym working out myself! Scott has been absolutely fantastic with me and is so attentive and tuned into my needs he really pushed me and worked around my weaknesses. Fantastic experience: I have been working 1:1 with Scott for a few months now and he is fantastic coach, he is so supportive professional and friendly, I find him to be very encouraging and always pushes you when needed and always check in with keep you motivated. He has so much knowledge around training and nutrition, he will always tailor and adapt programmes to suit your abilities. I would always highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I've been training 1 to 1 with Scott now for 3 years. When I first contacted Scott I had been on and off with the gym for nearly 5 year's seeing very little results and was on the verge of packing it in altogether. On my very first consultation with Scott he understood exactly my frustration and was able to set out a clear and easy to follow training and diet plan for me. One of the first things I learnd from Scott is its not about restricting yourself from everything you enjoy in life but finding a balance that works for you...it's these harsh restrictions and unrealistic short term goals I was setting for myself that was in actual fact just setting me up for failure and causing me to loose all motivation. Scott also has an amazing ability to tailor and adapt workouts to your specific needs, something I really struggled with at the beginning was my poor mobility and there were many workouts I always just presumed I'd never be able to do....scott had ways do adapt these workouts that I found myself doing them straight away!. In the 3 years I've been training with Scott I've completely surpassed even the biggest of goals I could ever of imagined. My gym sessions with Scott are now something I look forward to as opposed to absolutely dreading the thought of going to the gym as he makes every session so much fun and enjoyable. He's pays so much attention to detail and alway lets you know he's approachable even outside the gym with any queries you may have...Scott's more than just a fitness coach he genuinely cares for his clients and wants to see you reach them goals. I also highly recommend trying out one of Scott's classe's he runs throughout the week as they are so much fun and an amazing way to meet new people while going at a pace that works for you.
Fantastic experience: My experience with Scott was very positive and enjoyable. From day one, it was obvious that Scott has a huge depth of knowledge in the area and is very genuine when it comes to working with clients. The sessions themselves were exactly what I wanted and yielded the desired results by the end of the programme. He was able to tailor everything to suit and offered good flexibility to work around my schedule. He was very encouraging in the gym and pushed me when I needed to be pushed. Away from the gym, Scott was excellent at staying in touch, helping monitoring food intake & home workouts, as well as observing my lifestyle in general. Scott is a top class coach and I would highly recommend him to anyone

Fantastic experience: I’ve worked with Scott for many months now and find him a fantastic coach to work with. I can see the results in all areas of my fitness. His knowledge and experience means he tailors the programmes to my needs and goals. We’ve gone through many cycles now of strength training, conditioning and now working on an overall programme to improve running form, power and endurance. For me this shows the range of Scott’s abilities and working through these programmes with him improved various areas of my fitness. As well as the coaching Scott provides great advice on lifestyle and nutrition and is always looking to improve his knowledge in these areas to benefit his clients. From working through a variety of programmes with Scott I’ve seen many benefits he brings to his clients and would highly recommend anyone at any stage of their fitness journey to take the opportunity to work with him.
