Fantastic experience: Started with Eanna with a goal of wanting to get strong and to learn more about how to fuel my body , and with that I learned so much from him , I’ve now been going it alone for a while and safe to say the skills he’s thought me will forever change my view fitness and also food I’ve got a much better relationship with food now. He’s a legend and I would urge anyone to get in touch with him even if your not sure it’s for you. Give him a message you won’t be disappointed.
Fantastic experience: Eanna doesn't just focus on the obvious training programs, he takes the time to understand what is important to you, your values and and the patterns that lead to unhealthy behaviors. He gave me the tools I needed to improve my day-to-day life and has enabled a dramatic change in my fitness and mental strength over the last 3 months. Fantastic experience: I worked with Eanna for just over a year and I would definitely recommend him. My initial goal was to get into a good healthy routine. Eanna’s style of coaching was this and so much more than this. Eanna provided regular check-ins, gym programmes, and nutrition advice but he also focused on mindset and how mood, sleep and stress can impact your results. He was approachable at all times over the year to ask any thing in regards to getting the results I was looking for or if I was thinking about starting something new.
Fantastic experience: I have been going to gym for long time, but for some reason wasn’t fully happy with results. I decided to get a couch, I contacted Eanna and after a short conversation I knew he was the best option out there for me. Very professional, calm and real down to earth kind of dude. Within 6/8 weeks I saw great results in areas I was struggling with. I would highly recommend Eanna for your fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: Since beginning online coaching with Éanna I have completed changed my life physically and mentally. With the help of Éanna I have lost 15kg, toned up and increased strength. More importantly, I feel healthier, I have more energy and I have a positive outlook on life. I often made attempts at losing weight and it was something I felt very self conscious about. I tried every fad diet imaginable. I was at a point in my life where my weight was spiralling out of control. When I stepped on the scales and saw the heaviest I had ever weighed I knew I needed to make a significant change. My biggest challenge related to my diet. Éanna taught me to eliminate any misconceptions or misinformation that I had around food. In particular I learned to make better choices and avoid labelling food as ‘good’ or ‘bad’. I learned that I could still eat the foods I enjoyed and reach my goals by taking an intuitive approach. Éanna also helped me to execute correct form in exercises that I was doing in the gym. Part of my vision was to add muscle mass while I was losing weight. Éanna created a structured gym plan that I followed to make this happen. Éanna equipped me with the necessary confidence, knowledge and skills required to independently live a balanced lifestyle. I highly recommend coaching with Éanna to provide that push of encouragement and for the added accountability needed to implement significant change in your health and well-being.

Fantastic experience: The first pic on the left was taken on June 1st 2022. Feeling terrible and not liking what I was seeing. It was getting me down. I saw one of Eanna's previous clients post and I was instantly motivated to start my own journey. I'll never forget the first meeting with Eanna. He was so calming and reassuring and wanted to get to the root of where this journey was going to start and bring me. I can honestly say it's the best thing I've ever done for myself. Aside from losing almost 10kg I'm also in a much better mental place to understand the importance of nutrition along with the weight loss. That doesn't make me an expert but I feel like Eanna has provided me with the tools to know going forward what works for me and how it can affect my body. I've also learned that there's no such thing as bad food and for me being able to eat everything I always did was great . You don't need a cheat day because there's room in every day for something you like. For me in the beginning I just wanted to lose weight and needed the accountability of the weekly check in. I didn't know one end of a dumbbell from the other and felt silly not knowing the names of any excercises. Winging it was an understatement. What I've gained since June 1st 2022 physically and mentally is huge for me. I'm now much more comfortable in my own skin and with my shape but I'm also a lot more aware of how to manage and maintain the progress to date. There were lots of days where i was feeling like not bothering but the truth is you feel so much better when the workouts are done and I'm glad I've stuck with it. Now I know I don't need to feel guilty or upset when the scales don't move or go the wrong direction. I also now know I can't put weight on overnight or over a week etc. I'm confident the good habits I've formed will stay with me and I know I can call on Eanna for support or advice going forward. Eanna is truly a gentleman and I cannot thank or recommend him highly enough. I certainly wouldn't have been able to get to where I am without his encouragement during weekly check ins or random texts to ask him silly questions which he always responds to with the cans and not the can'ts He's said many many things about the journey over our check ins but personally for me the crucial one from our first check in was. Be honest!! The pic on the right was taken on 13th April 2023. Thanks Eanna for all the help and encouragement to date and giving me the tools to make what I've learned and gained a life long choice. Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend Eanna enough, from start to finish he was so consistent in making sure I was having a good week and hitting my targets. He checks in 2/3 times a week which 100% helped me get all workouts done every week! He tailors plans according to your life routine. Nice guy and very understanding coach!

Fantastic experience: When I reached out to Eanna, I was completely lost. I knew I wanted to build muscle but had no idea where to start or how to accomplish it. We first worked on my relationship with food, improving it with journalling and being mindful of how certain foods made me feel. This was followed by a small cut before I started a gain phase. He pushed me, supported me and educated me resulting in me becoming the strongest I've ever been. So grateful to have found him and highly recommend him to anyone needing some guidance.

Fantastic experience: I completed 12 weeks with Eanna and I couldn’t recommend him enough, this guy helped me out from guiding me through my exercise plans to tracking my food. I’ve learned loads from him and I have better relationship with my food. I dropped body fat, gained muscle and improved my overall health in just 12 weeks. Fantastic experience: Before starting training with Eanna, I struggled with food and coming out of a calorie deficit..Eanna was able to help and guide me with different foods and assured me that upping my calories was in fact the way to go and he wasn’t wrong!! Not only are my foods in order but I’m also running 5K’s(something I would have only dreamed of doing!) I have lost the weight I’ve desired and I’ve never felt better both mentally and physically..Thank You Eanna!

Fantastic experience: When I started with Eanna I viewed my body so negatively, I was ashamed of how I had let myself go and could barely look in the mirror, using terrible words to describe myself. I didn't even realise this until Eanna pointed it out to me and made me aware. In just one month he completely changed my way of thinking and helped me to better myself both physically and mentally. I learned so much knowledge from him and saw how wrong my method of 'getting fit' was. My struggle was falling off the health wagon and not being able to get back on, and Eanna's accountability helped immensely with this. By applying his recommendations of food/calorie intake and adapting to a lifestyle with more sleep, water, and overall balance between my work, stress and social life, I watched my body and frame of mind transform in such a short period of time. I can now tell when my body is lacking in something, and I look forward to exercising. My initial hurdle at the beginning was being told I had to eat 700 calories more than what I was eating already, in order to lose weight, which I couldn't wrap my head around. However, I trusted him and knew what I was doing wasn't working so I did as he said, and the results were just unbelievable. It's the absolute dream being told you can eat more and still drop weight. I'm now way more aware of the foods I'm eating and what nutrients they consist of, making smarter food choices and choosing healthier alternatives that provide the same level of satisfaction post-meal. I'm so glad I invested in myself by signing up with Eanna. He is extremely encouraging, motivating, understanding and passionate about helping his clients and I couldn't recommend him enough.

Fantastic experience: I started online coaching with Eanna at a time when I was in a really negative place with my weight and body image. I felt lethargic and drained all of the time, barely had the energy for daily physical tasks and was in a cycle of comfort eating. After 5 months of training with Eanna I am feeling fitter, leaner and more comfortable and confident in my body every single day. Before even signing up for the coaching Eanna took the time to get to know me as a person, my background, my strengths/worries and placed a focus on the mind-body connection from our very first call. Over the years my weight has been up and down, I've tried every diet possible, worked out 7 days a week, yet had never managed to keep the weight off long-term. I can know honestly say that for the first time in my life I believe I have the skills and knowledge to allow me to live a fitter, healthier life and to continue to lose weight in a sustainable way. Fantastic experience: In the past I have often attempted to get fit & strong. The problem was I hadn't the experience, knowledge or commitment to do it on my own. I decided to hire Eanna as my coach and for the past 7 months I have been making incredible progress. Eanna has guided me through the whole process. He makes everything so straight forward. I have added muscle to my frame and have become a lot stronger than I thought possible in 7 months. I have been eating a fully plant based diet for 4 years. It's great to have a coach with a deep level of understanding in nutrition who knows that protein doesn't have to be animal based in order to gain muscle. No bull or "bro sceince" from Eanna! Fantastic experience: When I started on my journey with Eanna, I was really unhappy with my shape. I had stopped smoking & my eating habits were out of control. I had no confidence & just felt bloated & unmotivated! I never understood calories or tracking calories it was all new to me, Eanna explained everything in great detail until I had a full understanding, it helped my relationship with food big time! The weekly check ins were absolutely great for keeping me motivated! Along with the food side of things he helped me lot and we focused on my sleep & recovery from training days & the importance of de-stressing! I had digestive problems & the attention to detail he gave to help with with these was over & above! I’ve learned so much from Eanna, from training to food to stress management, this man is a genus! I can’t thank him enough for all the knowledge he has given me!
