Fantastic experience: Chris is a fantastic personal trainer. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. He is meticulous, and has helped me in many ways. He films your form in exercise and shows the film to you to speed up your progress. I would recommend Chris for both his knowledge of injury rehabilitation and fitness training.
