Primal Fitness is a semi-private gym that specialises in Small Group PT and group classes. The gym is headquartered in Greenhills industrial estate, Drogheda and was founded in 2014 on the principles of Community, Coaching and Results.

Our online coaching, includes a full array of workout programs, from resistance training to cardio and active rest sessions, giving you a recipe for success in your own home.

There's no crash diets, removing the things you love and counting sins, instead our team will work to develop sustainable nutrition skills that will help you hit your goals
