Fantastic experience: I contacted Anthony January 2022, just 12 weeks before my wedding. I had tried on my dress and wasn't a bit comfortable in it. He calmed me, reassured me and set about making a tailored plan for me. I assumed I would need to practically starve myself, so I was surprised to see my plan with so much food, and normal, nice food, I was skeptical, I thought no way can I eat this and get in the dress , but in fairness to him he knows his stuff. Anthony was a constant support the whole time, you could message to ask any questions anytime, nothing was too much trouble , always encouraging when the stress was getting a bit much. The online member hub was brilliant, workouts and recipes, as well as educational videos. I was very against taking the before pictures but so glad I did, the change on the scale wasn't huge but the change in body shape was unreal. Anthony changed my mindset about the scales, and made me focus on change in body shape instead, something I have always struggled with. I highly recommend Anthony as a nutritional Coach and trainer, so much so that I joined up his circuit classes in fermoy, no getting rid of me. Oh, and the dress fitted beautifully

Fantastic experience: I joined AK Nutrifit in Nov 2019 to help me to create a better me. Anthony immediately began working with me even if the Covid19 pandemic was in full flow. I regularly attended his virtual workouts and found them very beneficial. Anthony also gave me a detailed program to follow when it came to food, by choosing the right food at the right time. Anthony regularly provided educational habits to me on what/how/when to approach goals when it came to losing weight. I lost 2.5 stone with Anthony and would have continued losing weight only i changed role at work and took on more responsibility/stress with it. I found it difficult to mix the work and losing weight tasks and have put back on some of the weight again. It is my intention to get Anthony on board again soon. Fantastic experience: I am usually quite driven in any goals I set but since I completed an Ironman triathlon in 2018, I allowed myself to relax from the disciplined regime I had followed for the previous year and the weight crept on. I couldn't get a grip on it on my own and I knew I needed help and to be accountable to someone. I did my research and found Anthony. I wasn't dissappointed. He worked with me for 18 weeks, giving me a detailed and varied balanced meal plan and gym program. I also had access to tons of "at home" work outs if I couldn't get to the gym. Fantastic experience: I signed up with Anthony last year I struggled with food and excercise, I have gut issues and Anthony guided me to take action with my bloated tummy, I had my ups and downs throughout the year on progress , off progress but Anthony was always at the end of a phone call, if I was in trouble. With the help from Anthony I have my mindset of goals and continue everyday of habits for life. Its not a diet its a new of way of living.

Fantastic experience: From day 1 I knew I was on the right path with Anthony. My diet wasn't great and I had injuries too. He straight away sorted my diet with foods that I like so no excuses there.
