Dean Ryan Coaching

Dean Ryan is a Professional Athletic Development Coach, incredibly passionate about coaching and helping people develop as athletes in their chosen sport or to simply become fitter and healthier through an active lifestyle. I have spent most of my adult life coaching across all age groups in various different sports namely AFL, Athletics, Horse Racing, Rugby League, Soccer and Gaelic Games. ​ I believe in developing physical and mental abilities as well as sustainable life skills in all people I get to work with. The lessons learned through sport and obtaining physical fitness can have a positive impact on all areas of life and as a coach I aim to have a positive influence on peoples lives.
