Fantastic experience: Sara is a Star. She took me on with specific five months goal and the results were remarkable. Its my first time have a PT or any guidance and Sara was so patient and careful guiding me into a steep learning curve. Each time I lagged she came with new ideas and detailed plans that reignited my training straight away. I loved her weekly messages of encouragement, not ever generic but always very personal to my level and ability. I can highly recommend Sara's expertise to anyone with reasonably good fitness but with a goal or ambition to substantially change and reach their own potential. Sara has changed my fitness, I have a healthier mind for sure, but most importantly she showed me, in her own careful way, how to live well in my own body. And how to have fun ! Thanks for everything , Sara.

Fantastic experience: I've been with Sara for 12 weeks and I love the program that she has designed. I see a lot of progress. I'm stronger than before, and I noticed a change in my body. I'm very happy with the results in these weeks! She pushed me to try new workouts.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend anyone at any stage of their fitness journey to reach out to Sara. I have just completed my second 6 week block with Sara and found her to be extremely knowledgeable and supportive throughout. Looking forward to starting my next block with her soon

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a PT please don’t go anywhere else. You will not find anyone as amazing, supportive, knowledgeable as Sara. I feel incredibly lucky to have met her. I wanted help to kick start my fitness routine which, during COVID, had fallen away. What I got was a tailor-made detailed programme just for me, which not only covered my exercise plan, but also nutrition. I have learned so much from Sara now about nutrition, and it really is helping me make better food choices. I’m constantly being challenged in our classes and learning new exercises every week, which I love. I feel so confident now using my home equipment, (kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands), because Sara explains so clearly what muscle I’m working with each exercise, and where I should feel the stretch/impact. Sara is always on hand to answer any questions and checking in to make sure I’m doing ok. So look no further, Sara is the PT you’ve been looking for. You won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend Sara highly enough. Sara takes all of your goals into account and creates a highly personalised plan that is both challenging and that she is constantly updating and tweaking to ensure you get the most out of it. Most importantly- she is so knowledgeable and highly qualified in this area that I would not looked passed her if you are looking for some personal training or an online programme. The weekly check-ins are also great for accountability and she is only a message away if you every have a question. Thanks again Sara!

Fantastic experience: Expertise - comfort - flexibility - pocket friendly That’s a full pack you would ever want for your fitness, and Sara is THE POWER HOUSE !! For years I was struggling and juggling to get myself like the journey and never really did; it was always an on and off, for the sake of doing it task. Until I met Sara to completely fall in love with the process itself, and believe me until you get into this mode it will remain a struggle. If you are a starter like myself not knowing how to but know you want to, without a second thought reach out to her and you will never turn back again. Thanks for that break through Sarah, wish you all the success, you deserve it all.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend training with Sara enough. Her knowledge and attitude towards all aspects of fitness and health is fantastic. Sara makes you feel so comfortable and confident in your abilities which overall helps you improve your performance every week. Her dedication and commitment to you as a client is the real standout for me. Sara will work with you to create a plan specifically tailored to your own personal goals. She will also accommodate you no matter your work schedule and everything in between to make sure you get the very best results throughout your time with her. Not only did I become fitter and stronger but I gained so much knowledge about specific exercises for different body parts and became so much more comfortable in using gym equipment. This in turn has made the return to the gym a lot less daunting and so much more productive. Sara was always on hand to answer any questions big or small about my plan or any questions in general I had in regards to training and the smile was never off her face. Sara perfectly creates a fun, open minded environment for you to train in to work towards your specific goals with continuous guidance and support to help you to keep achieving your goals!

Fantastic experience: Sara gave a presentation to our transition year students on the topic of wellbeing: 'The Super 6 to your Health and Wellbeing'. Sara spoke of many different aspects of minding our wellbeing, was very engaging and the presentation was very informative. The students really enjoyed it and learned some really helpful tips. Looking forward to having Sara back to speak with our students again!

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed by Sara's professionalism, expertise and support. I approached Sara with a number of issues I was having with fitness/nutrition – lockdown loss of motivation, an extremely busy schedule working as a doctoral researcher, challenges accessing gym facilities which previously kept me on my toes and lack of knowledge strategically using equipment to achieve my goals. Despite the number of challenges, Sara designed a programme which targeted all the above, and more ! The wealth of fitness and nutritional information and guidance I now have has allowed me to confidently approach new exercises and nutrition planning, which are challenging and enjoyable. A key aspect of Sara’s personal training which I think has helped so much is it is tailored. I had ample opportunity to outline all my needs, requirements and resources available to me. For example, my programme was designed in line with all the equipment I have already and with modifications, if needed. Sara does not stop there, but also provides detailed instruction in relation to approaching the programme. This has resulted in a programme that is feasible, acceptable and suitable. Sara is a unique personal trainer as an academic-clinician, and her grassroots experience of physical activity with various populations shines through in her personal training work. This has allowed me to gain knowledge from Sara which is not only directly-related to personal training, but also core to my relationship with the programme. For instance, Sara has drawn on her expertise to introduce me to mindfulness-based strategies to enhance my commitment to the programme. Sara is a perfect personal trainer for someone starting out on their fitness journey; as she is patient, helpful and meticulous; but also for someone who would consider themselves relatively fit and would like to enhance their fitness toolbox, due to her wealth of knowledge and experience. Although I initially approached Sara looking for some guidance on how to stay motivated with developing my fitness in a wintery lockdown, I am also learning skills which are so helpful for my love for running.
