Fantastic experience: Saw Richard for help with problems with neck and back issues. Very knowledgeable and helpful, especially with providing videos to follow to keep good form with exercises. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I went to Richard having suffered repeated ankle sprains and after the first session my pain was reduced. Richard devised an appropriate program of stretches and strengthening techniques, with helpful videos, which got me back playing sooner than I'd expected. I have been playing without recurrence of the injury now for a number of weeks. He is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't recommend Richard highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Richard sorted out the issue I went to him with after three visits..but what was even better - he sorted out a golfer's elbow I have been harbouring for the last two years with some very simple but impactful exercises. Thanks Richard!

Fantastic experience: Went to see Richard with a muscle strain along my side. He really knew his stuff, very thorough examination, with an accurate diagnosis (strained oblique). I was given very simple rehab exercises to carry out, which have helped a lot. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I began to see Richard in October 2020 when a lower back issue I had all my life had become too much of a problem to ignore further. Within minutes of our first session he was able to see the root of the issue and quickly devised a plan to help me get through it. Richard guided me through every step, even provided me with videos of any movements I was unsure of, which was a massive help. Through his help not only was able to become pain free for the first time years, but I was able to run 100km in a month throughout the rehabilitation, something I never thought physically possible with the pain I'd usually experienced. 3 months later I experienced a re-injury of an old hip issue, I went straight to Richard and again he was able to find the root cause and help me work through to become pain free yet again. Richard couldn't have been more accommodating throughout both stints, he was always able to work around my schedule and had great communication during the whole process. Most importantly Richard listened, if a movement wasn't effective for me we were able to change it or tweak in some way to make it workout for my individual needs. I could not recommend Richard and the PPT clinic more to anyone seeking a highly professional and highly experienced physiotherapist to help through an injury. Thanks again Rich.

Fantastic experience: Richie was a great man to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and helped me get to grips with my injury. The highest recommedation that I can give is that I got my mum to go see him when she hurt her elbow and she also thinks he's great

Positive experience: When a niggly pain in my arm got so bad that even turning the steering wheel of the car was a problem, my son suggested that I should go and see Richard. I did, and he correctly diagnosed that the problem was caused by a small muscle deep in the elbow joint. He treated it and gave me achievable exercises to do at home between clinic visits. Normally I’m not very good at consistently doing exercises, but I could feel the benefit from them after each repetition and so even I was compliant! After a few visits the problem was so much better, and I make sure to do the exercises every now and again to strengthen the muscle and prevent the problem from returning. I would definitely recommend him to friends and would have no hesitation returning to his clinic in the future.

Fantastic experience: Richard fitted me in for an appointment at very short notice. I found Richard very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Richard understood that I had other training commitments and didn't bombard me with rehab exercises but a sufficient amount to rehab my injury.

Fantastic experience: Went to Richie for physio after tearing ligaments in my ankle. He is very thorough and gave me specific exercises every week and detailed overall plan to help me get back playing sport. He monitored my progress closely and each week the improvement was amazing and was back on the pitch in no time- and no reoccurrence of the injury!

Fantastic experience: Having had a full knee replacement in January 18th 2019, I got back to playing golf seven weeks later (in a Buggy) having chosen PPT Clinic for my post Op physio! Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend the PPT Clinic more. After having a second ACL Reconstruction, I feared my sports playing days were over. However Richard brought me through an amazing rehab programme and I was successfully able to return to the International Netball stage. He also did fantastic work with my elderly mother who had an arm injury and was very sceptical about physio at her age. Richard treated her with great care and her arm fully healed. Thorough, patient and very reasonably priced too. Highly recommend Richard and the PPT.

Fantastic experience: I suffer quite badly with tennis elbow and with upper back pain. Over the years I've been to many physiotherapists. I found they would only slightly help. The ones that offered dry needling were poor to average. Since I found Richard I've not gone anywhere else. He is excellent at dry needling finding the trigger points quickly. I would definitely recommend Richard and rate him as one of if not the best I've attended.
