Fantastic experience: So I have been training with Liam for 3 months and honestly it was the best experience of a fitness journey I have ever encountered. Before I started I was so worried and nervous as I hadn't much experience with training or food knowledge and Liam went above and beyond to ensure I felt relaxed comfortable and confident. As the weeks went on my confidence grew, I became stronger, and my attitude towards food completely changed. I now feel better in my clothes, eat way less unhealthy food and can share my experience and knowledge with others. I feel it is so important to have a personal trainer as it helps to have the correct tools and knowledge rather than running on a treadmill for 20 minutes in a gym and wondering why there's no changes. Here you get the best workout for your whole body which I now know not only works physically but mentally too which I feel is so important. Liam has a wonderful personality as during workouts chats and laughs go along way to make everything that little bit easier. I would not hesitate to recommend Liam absolutely 10 out of 10 and thank you for my journey and reaching my goals.

Fantastic experience: Myself and my wife have been training with Liam for a couple of months now and have found the experience to be transformative in how we view fitness, Liam is great at guiding you through a workout and strikes a great balance between casual conversation in the gym and keeping you accountable to getting the work done. We really enjoy the change in how we look and feel since starting to train and would recommend Liam to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Liam is a fantastic trainer and motivator. He sets realistic goals and helps to motivate you to make small cumulative changes over time that make a difference. He is down to earth and I’ve really enjoyed training with him. With his help I have seen improvements in my weight training, but also with nutrition, sleep, and stress management. I would highly recommend personal training with Liam.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using Liam’s services for a year and a half and have managed to achieve great results. He has very considerable expertise and still manages to surprise me with the breadth of his knowledge. He’s also very accommodating. I’ve changed my programme a few times as I’ve needed to focus on different areas. Liam has proven to be very versatile. I fit gym into a busy schedule which means I frequently have to reschedule sessions. Liam is always more than willing to accommodate. Lastly, he is good company. A PT is someone you will be spending quite a bit of time with so it’s important that you get on. Liam is “sound” and that makes a big difference.

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Liam for a year and a half now. I had tried the gym before and had always given up after a couple of sessions. Basically because I didn't know what I was doing. I thought you had to train for hours 7 days a week to see any results. Liam showed me that this wasn't the case. All it takes is a few small changes in diet and exercise. He put me in a slight calorie deficit and I increased my step count. I lost 9kg in the first 3 months. I'm now concentrating on protein intake to build muscle. While still enjoying a social life. I was nervous going into my first session, but Liam put my mind at ease straight away. I'm still seeing progress to this day. I would highly recommend Liam as a trainer.

Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend Liam as a PT. I had moved to Ireland for a couple of months, and I was very reluctant to find myself a new gym and/or training and to be honest I found Liam on Google Maps – he was the closest one to me. But it turned out to be the best decision ever. I thought I only needed someone to show me what to do and how, but I got so much more than that, because Liam is very attentive to client’s needs, preferences and goals and adjusts his training plan accordingly. He’s making sure I’m progressing week to week, he keeps me accountable and motivates me to not want to miss any workout, he’s encouraging me constantly and helps me improve my diet and sleep schedule. And what makes training with him be the highlight of my days is that he’s so friendly, easygoing, fun, and nice to be around. The music is good too. It took me less than one month to start feeling stronger and fitter and it improved my mood tremendously – which was in fact my main goal, as someone who’s been struggling with depression for years. I literally went from barely being able to lift my own bodyweight to exercising with tens of kilos. One other impressive thing about Liam is how organized he is in keeping track, planning and incorporating feedback; and he’s also offering a lot of other resources in any area you might need help with (e.g. what to cook, where to get your groceries from etc.). 10/10 without a doubt

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Liam for 4.5 years now and I really enjoy the sessions and look forward to them. Liam is a brilliant coach, he is very approachable, encouraging, non judgmental and easy to talk to. Liam is also very professional and attentive, he will notice if you are struggling with an exercise and quickly adapt it. I wasn't sure what to expect from personal training but I decided to give it a go as I was joining a new gym and thought it would be a good time to get some advice - I had been a member of gyms previously but never really got past a certain point. I also had concerns about a back problem and wanted some help with exercises that would help to strengthen it. It has turned out to be one of the best decisions that I made, training with Liam is a pleasure, the sessions fly by and within a few months I could feel and see better results than I had ever achieved training on my own, my back is much more stable and I have never had gotten any kind of an injury training with Liam. I've found having a coach really important for making sure that I am using the correct form and getting the most benefit from the exercises that I'm doing. I definitely lapsed into bad habits while training on my own at home during lockdown, bad form and rushing through exercises too quickly just to get them done but Liam quickly got me back on the right track. One of the things that I have found best about coaching is the flexibility it gives you, the sessions can be easily adapted if there is something in particular you would like to work on or take a break from. Also, Liam is very conscious of changing routines every few weeks and introducing new exercises so training doesn't become boring and repetitive. I would highly recommend Liam to anyone who is thinking about training with a coach - you won't regret it.
