Hi, my name is Jack and I’m an exercise for health specialist & PT. My work as an exercise for health specialist has allowed me to work in a variety of fields including: S&C, sports psychology and physical activity promotion. I have experience working with a number of athletes across a diverse range of sports and backgrounds including: Muay Thai, swimming and football. However, I train a lot of beginners and mammies. I love getting people started on their journey and seeing them grow in confidence. My number 1 passion is helping people reach their potential by educating them on how to live a more active lifestyle and progress in the gym. I look forward to helping you guys reach your goals.

Fantastic experience: I had some 1-1 PT sessions with Jack. He's very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. At my 1st meeting we took measurements, talked diet and fitness goals. In just 5 weeks of 2 sessions a.week I was down 2 inches on my waist. I really enjoyed Jack's coaching style and he couldn't be more helpful. Happy to recommend.
