Fantastic experience: I docked in with Aidan in February 2025. Up until a couple of years prior to this I ran long distance and completed a few marathons. Life became very busy with kids, work, activities etc and my motivation tanked due to competing priorities amongst other things! I am not a fan of gyms and needed to squeeze in some quick workouts at home at times that suited me. Aidan helped me to gain the perspective again that I had to carve out time in my day, like any other priority. He provided a structured and tailored plan for me to follow and we met online once a week to check in. During our calls and throughout the week we focused on these priorities and in August 2025 I completed a 10 mile race, something I hadn't done in some time. Life caught up again and got busy for the last few months but I know with the tools Aidan and I worked on I will get back into it again soon. I would highly recommend Aidan for anyone who wants a very practical and tailored fitness programme to get in touch with Aidan. I'm looking forward to getting back into it again. It's important we prioritise ourselves, our future self will thank us for it. Thank you Aidan.

Fantastic experience: I have tried a number of PT’s, transformations etc. and nothing was ever sustainable or realistic. The results I have achieved with Aidan are brilliant and all while still enjoying my life and not restricting myself completely. Fantastic experience: I joined Aidan a few months back to work on my strength due to back and knee trouble and its proving to be a great decision. Fantastic experience: I have started training with Aidan for 2 months now. I Had never trained before in my life and Aidan has guided me so well in the past 2 months that I have built an appetite for training and I look forward to my classes. Fantastic experience: In February 2024 I signed up to do the Mizen to Malin head cycle.At 75 years of age I knew that if I was to complete this 730 kilometre cycle I would need to improve my fitness level. Aidan worked out a programme for me that greatly improved my strength and fitness. I completed the cycle over six days in September and felt strong at the finish line. I would highly recommend Aidan to anyone who wants to improve their strength and fitness levels no matter what age they are! Michael

Fantastic experience: Training with Aidan has been a game-changer for me. I have been training with Aidan as an online coach for seven months now and this is the most consistent I have ever been with my training. I am hitting personal bests regularly. With so much information about programming available online I often felt overwhelmed and unsure of what to follow. Aidan takes all the guesswork out of programming, making everything straightforward and preventing me from burning myself out, which is something I’ve struggled with in the past. His no-nonsense approach ensures I stay focused and make steady progress. Aidan's programming is comprehensive, incorporating all the elements of training that I enjoy. Even with a shoulder injury, Aidan has expertly adjusted my workouts to ensure I continue to progress without aggravating my injury. Aidan provides prompt feedback on every session, answering any questions I have in detail through a coaching app. The variety of exercises keeps me engaged and motivated. Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Aidan as an online coach for 5 months now and could not be happier with the results & overall experience! Aidan is highly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his work and clients! After seeing amazing results first-hand from previous clients and the dedication he has to seeing his clients achieve their goals I knew Aidan was the coach for me! Although we are on different time zones (Australia) we still have weekly check ins where we both provide feedback & adjustments on the training sessions he provides motivation and encouragement where needed! I am hitting personal strength goals I never thought possible and have gained a huge amount of confidence in the gym! The physical changes are an added bonus! I couldn’t recommend him enough!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Aidan for the past 5 months and it has been the most effective and consistent training I have had in over 7 years. Aidan has a real knowledge in fitness and is excellent at tailoring workouts to your personal aims using a broad range of exercises and workouts which always challenge you. He also coaches you to develop a key foundation in fitness that allows you to master the fundamentals of lifting and body workouts and build the consistency which is key for success and growth. His sessions are always well planned and leave you feeling a real sense of accomplishment and progress. I Cannot recommend him highly enough

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Aidan for nearly 6 months now and I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer. From the beginning, Aidan was professional, supportive and put me at ease. Having not trained in some time, Aidan brought me right back to basics and we worked our way back up with simple exercises to allow my body time to get use to exercising again. Aidan focused on making gradual changes with me over time and I am very happy with the results. I can't believe where I am now and the strength and body composition changes that I have achieved during my time training with Aidan. Fantastic experience: I joined Aidan’s Fitness and Nutrition programme 4 months ago. It was one of the best decisions and positive steps I have taken for my health and wellness in a long time. Fantastic experience: Looking for a change in lifestyle, I started training with Aidan and can honestly say it's one of the best decisions I've made. From the get go, Aidan has been professional, positive and supportive. His attention to detail means that he plans workouts that are achievable and realistic for me to do at home with the equipment I have. Aidan's positive feedback helps keep me motivated and on track. Fantastic experience: Aidan was great and very considerate when finding what worked for me and my lifestyle! I feel fit and so much stronger now after working with Aidan and more confident to try new things in the gym. I enjoyed working with Aidan too as he will give you a challenge but won’t overload you with something that you won’t be able for. Every week I was hitting new personal records which was a big achievement for me and also great encouragement for me to keep it going. I felt as though I could ask Aidan for help or advice whenever I needed to and he would reply and made it very easy to communicate. I had a programme tailored to me and my goals including nutrition and fitness which made it a lot easier rather than just doing what works for someone else. I did not have much of routine in the gym before and the layout for my workouts were tailored perfectly to me. Fantastic experience: I started training with Aidan just over 3 months ago after seeing amazing results first-hand from friends and family and it has been the best decision that I have made. I was always someone who would give up around the 6 week mark in other fitness programmes, however Aidan instills in you the importance of training and nutrition being part of a sustainable lifestyle, rather than a quick fix. I have reached strength goals that I never thought I would have while also losing weight at the same time. He is an encouraging and motivating coach and is always happy to help with any advice needed. I look forward to my workouts now, which has never been the case before! Couldn’t recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience: Great coach - Aidan is strong at tailoring the program around your ability. For example was able to keep progress going even when I had a niggle on my knee and focused on strengthening surrounding area. Aidan is also great at instilling long term mindset and good habits, as opposed to promising easy quick wins that wont last.

Fantastic experience: Aidan is an amazing coach. I am 12 weeks training with him now and I have lost just shy of 10kg whilst simultaneously hitting strength goals (something I used to think was impossible to do at the same time). Aidan has provided training programmes that ensure I’m working my whole body over the course of the week without having to spend an unrealistic amount of time in the gym and the results speak for themselves. He is professional and provides a no nonsense approach to fitness but is also good craic and easy to have a laugh with during 1to1 sessions. Couldn’t recommend him more highly!

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Aidan for about 6 months at this point and I'd highly recommend him. I wanted to improve my health and strength after moving through burnout. I had no experience with weight training and Aidan made the process easy. The programme is always being adjusted to my needs and goals. It's been great to have the support for accountability and as a by product I'm learning lots about health in general. I'd recommend Aidan if you're apprehensive about giving training a shot as he is professional, non judgemental and his enthusiasm around movement / health is catching. If you already have experience in training, I've no doubt you will still learn plenty from Aidan depth of experience.

Fantastic experience: I have done 2 x 6 week sessions so far with Aidan and have greatly improved my fitness levels. I have noticeably toned up the areas I needed help with and lost some weight too. He completely tailored the program to my specific needs and tweaked when needed. I am delighted with the results and would highly recommend him to anyone thinking about starting out or a professional that needs some extra motivation.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Aidan's boot camp class for anyone getting back into fitness. After a bike accident a few years ago, I had done next to nothing in terms of exercise so was apprehensive about starting something like this but the class is a perfect mix of positive motivation and letting you set your own limit to avoid any injuries. I absolutely love it. This class can never stop..ever!!

Fantastic experience: Spent an excellent 12 weeks with Aodan as part of a transformation personal training programe as well as a boot camp afterwards . Very happy with the results and methods. Biggest pro for me was that I was equipped with the skills to go on and train myself afterwards. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get in shape / increase fitness.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never been one of those people who loves the gym/looks forward to exercise or feels confident in terms of my ability. However, since working with Aidan as my personal trainer, my overall strength and fitness has greatly improved. I am now able to perform exercises I would never have attempted on my own. Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend this class to anyone who’s considering getting back into fitness or wanting to further push themselves on. The class is planned out so that you can tailor excercises to your own level (Aidan always gives plenty of options for all fitness levels which takes away any pressure). The time goes fast in the class because of it’s stucture, keeping you moving and busy throughout.. the tunes help too! The class has a relaxed and welcoming athmosphere. For anyone apprehensive about starting somewhere new I would highly recommend trying it out!

Fantastic experience: I joined the O'Dwyer fitness bootcamp in Kilcock in week one, and was a bit apprehensive as I had never done one before! But it is so professionally run. Aidan offers positive feedback and motivation every week, and makes sure to tailor the exercises to each individuals needs, so you're never left out or feeling like you can't do something! If you have any questions or queries he's always happy to speak to you, and offer solutions/exercises that you can be working on at home, or ways that you can further tweak your in-class exercises so that you are seeing the best results. It's suitable for every fitness level because you're pushing yourself to go as hard as you can personally, and the way it is structured means you're never under time pressure to move on from an exercise before you're ready. We've all been provided with our own bands and ropes too so that we can continue ourselves at home which is a definite motivation and bonus! I would really recommend the class to anyone who is thinking about it - I know I've gotten so much from it!
