Fantastic experience: Absolutely magic!

Fantastic experience: I found Greg from Emerald Wellness through recommendation and I can honestly say that he saved my back! I entered his practice in a poor condition with advanced disk protrusion and lots of constant pain that was there for 5 months. Simple activities like dressing up, walking, sitting were challenging. I was loosing hope that I’d ever be pain free again. On a first visit Greg made a plan and I started the recovery process. After about 2 weeks of following his advice, implementing lifestyle changes and doing recommended exercises I noticed significant improvement. Now, 8 months later I feel better than before injury, my back is much stronger and I still stick to Greg’s invaluable advice. I can’t recommend him enough. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have been under dr . Greg Tollefson care for more than 2 years now.Before I met dr. Greg I had been suffering from constant shoulder and neck pain for two years after a car accident.Although I had used many form of therapies including physio nothing worked permanently. After my first appointment with dr.Greg I felt immediate pain relief,my muscles got free, I could move my head and shoulders freely without pain ,tension and sense of distress. I could keep my whole upper body straight again. The change is permanent. I still attend dr.Greg's clinic every 6-8 weeks to keep myself in great condition and as a part of my wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Greg Tollefson was a very positive one. He is an exceptional chiropractor and clearly very experienced. I was very nervous about my initial session due to the pain I was in but he was very gentle, informative and understanding. The work done on my back meant I was in a lot less pain following treatment which I didn't believe could be achieved without painkillers. Subsequently I could stop the painkillers and follow Greg's advice. I highly recommend Greg and the work he does.

Fantastic experience: I've only been working with Helena for a few weeks and she has already guided me to profound insights into my lifelong subconscious patterns. I can now identify the beliefs, thought patterns and behaviours that have been a source of struggle for many years, and work on deconstructing them. Helena has shown me that I have a choice in how I live my life. It seems self-evident, but when your subconscious is dictating your thoughts and actions, you don't even know that you're living on auto-pilot, repeating patterns and feeling frustrated at being 'stuck' over and over again. Helena is a master at deep listening and gently but firmly making me challenge my thinking. She is able to see the messages in my dreams and find common threads that illustrate real-life patterns of behaviour. I feel excited that I can choose to be different and make my own life simpler and more enjoyable. I feel like a new, more conscious version of myself is coming into being under Helena's guidance. This is an empowering kind of therapy; it's not about getting stuck in the past or 'analysis paralysis'. Helena also sets homework, which is really just a daily reminder to be aware of my thoughts, catch myself before I react in the old ways and choose how I wish to respond today, to create the circumstances and relationships I actually want. I'm looking forward to our future sessions and highly recommend Helena as a multi-faceted therapist.

Helena is an amazing energy practitioner, she has such a beautiful calming nature which immediately puts you at ease and is completely non-judgmental with whatever arises.

I have now had several treatments with Greg and Helena, and every time I feel so much better, like I have answers and a way forward. I personally don’t typically like chiropractic adjustments, but Greg makes the process really easy and comfortable. I will go to him feeling like a Jenga about to topple over, and the day after his treatment, I am like a Jenga right out of the box: solid and stable. Helena’s treatments on the other hand, have given me so much insight and cause for reflection. I don’t know how to describe what she does other than just calling it magic. Fantastic experience: I had a lumbar injury two year ago. I felt sore 24/7 and Dr. Greg put them away. I could back to practice sport without any pain.
