Fantastic experience: Jake is an extremely knowledgeable personal trainer. Prior to training with him, I had no confidence in doing exercises or being at the gym. Jake has not only taught me about exercise but he has made me realise that this is a lifestyle choice that I can carry forward. I now have a routine and plan in place to further enhance and continually assess my fitness. Thank you for your support Jake!

Fantastic experience: I started working with Jake a few months back and I couldn't recommend him any more highly. His classes are always tough and he pushes you to the max without any exercise being dangerous. This is really what I wanted most out of the classes. I have noticed my strength increase and this has also helped me with other sports. He is also extremely knowledgeable and is always able to answer any questions whether fitness or nutrition related. Over the last few months my work schedule has been all over the place and Jake has been extremely flexible to make sure I get my sessions in every week. For the service Jake offers his prices are extremely competitive and people of any level would benefit from his classes both in terms education and fitness.

Fantastic experience: I began training with Jake a few months ago. Since then I’ve lost over 12kg and reduced my waistline significantly. I’ve always had a love/hate relationship with the gym and nutrition. Jake provides you with the tools to achieve your goals with a tailored gym program and nutrition. He keeps you motivated and focused throughout your training. He is also available to contact 24/7 whether you have a nutrition or gym related question. He has improved my self confidence and mental health significantly. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic experience: After having my first child 10 months ago I decided I would go back to the gym and try and get back into some sort of pre baby shape. I went to the gym twice a week for a few months , was plateauing and couldn’t shift anymore weight. My husband who trains with Jake recommended I talk to him and see if he could help me. Honestly I was a bit scared but bit the bullet and contacted Jake. He was extremely helpful and really considered my needs as a new mother and was flexible with training times. Jake is a genuine nice guy and will push you if he knows you are capable. He cares so much about his clients and is happy to give advice on anything you are unsure of. I would recommend Jake to any new mother and also anybody who wants to achieve a specific goal. Jake will get you were you want to be.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Jake for 2 months now and i'm not only looking better but i feel better too. Jake has made me understand food and build a healthier relationship with food to which i've never had before. I have tried multiple 'diets' but they never worked but with Jake its about understanding what you can and can't have and whilst building a healthier relationship with food. I used to train 5-7 days a week to which i came to the conclusion that its just not possible to maintain that. I then went to Jake and started to train with him twice a week and try reach 10,000 steps a day. Its more sustainable way of training and more enjoyable. Jake is also very accommodating and always great fun. Jake has helped to build my confidence and helping me to achieve my goal. I would highly recommend Jake as a personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: As a 41 year old (gym) virgin I was quite nervous about starting on the path to get in shape, but at the same time I knew that I needed to make changes in my life. After a lot of hemming and hawing and looking at different options a friend recommended Jake Beirne to me, saying Jake had a major difference to his life. After finally plucking up the courage I had a consultation with Jake who immediately put me at ease. Jake has a unique take to personal training that factors in your own personal life/work/day to day commitments. Jake tailored a workout regime and a nutrition program that took my personal needs (an old knee injury, a complete ignorance of gym parlance/terminology and a general nervousness about being in a gym environment) into consideration. The first month was extremely challenging time that I doubt I would have been able to get through without Jake's tutelage and motivation. Jake took a slow and methodical approach to training me always ensuring that I was comfortable with each new movement before increasing the intensity. Jake's knowledge really shined through in these early stages and while he pushed to me to my limits quite early on, he did so while ensuring that I did not injure myself or increase the intensity of the training too quickly. Jake also stays in touch via WhatsApp offering advice around nutrition and post workout recovery which is really invaluable. After what I initially thought was going to be a month with Jake I am now approaching the end of the 4th month of training with him and I do not have any intention of stopping any time soon. My flexibility, movement, strength and general fitness have increased immensely as a result of my time with Jake and I now working out to a level that I thought would have been impossible only a few months ago. I have also lost weight, toned up and got to point of probably being in the best shape that I ever have been. Along with the very tangible physical improvements, I have also gained back a lot of the confidence I had lost (without ever fully realising) in my late 30's. If you are looking to make changes to your fitness and your life in general, I would very strongly recommend signing up to Jake Beirne's fitness program. You will see major improvements and also have a lot of fun training with Jake (who is a genuinely nice guy).

Fantastic experience: Since going to Jake I have learnt so much about fitness and nutrition from him. Jake is a dedicated and helpful teacher who tailors work outs to suit your individual experience and needs. Jake is very accommodating and approachable and any time I had a question or needed to make a change, he was right back to me with advice. Jake made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in the gym. Would 100% recommend Jake and already have !

Fantastic experience: Having come from a background of doing the same classes , 3 times a week , for the past 15 years or so , I was looking to push myself out of my comfort zone . This is where Jake stepped in ! The training I did with Jake was completely different and really pushed me . I could feel myself getting stronger as the weeks went by and I was taught how to use equipment in the gym that I had been afraid to go near beforehand . The 1 on 1 sessions were great as Jake was able to concentrate on my form and show me exactly how to execute certain movements . This type of guidance you just can’t get in a large fitness class . I also found when training with Jake that I was much more disciplined . If I was meeting him on a Saturday morning , I would stay in on the Friday night ! I would 100 % recommend Jake as a trainer . Not only is he highly knowledgable in his field , he is also a really nice guy !

Fantastic experience: I trained with Jake for 6 months and would highly recommend him. Knows his stuff and keeps a good balance in each session between challenging and motivating. He can be flexible around working hours which I found really helpful. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Jake is a highly professional personal trainer who has taught me so much during the sessions I had with him. Prior to Jakes help in the gym, my form was wrong for so many exercises, and it was something that I did not take note of. I only started to see improvements in both muscle growth and overall strength after Jakes help! Apart from this, Jake also motivates you to keep going until you physically have nothing left in you. Highly recommend him as a PT.

Fantastic experience: After training with Jake I felt so much more confident in the gym. Jake makes you feel so at ease straight away and I was never afraid to ask him any questions. I learnt so much with Jake and I definitely pushed myself way more when I was training with him versus training alone. He also helps you out with your diet plan which is something I found very useful. I'd definitely recommend him as a PT!

Fantastic experience: I went to Jake, as I was feeling sluggish and wanted to get back into a routine of eating properly and also training, and I had a friends wedding in Portugal. I had always wanted to do personal training and figured now was the perfect time. I do two / three sessions a week, and honestly love it. Jake has been great, very supportive, takes the time to get to know you and what your goals are and never makes you feel under pressure, even adapting the sessions to work around my shoulder injury, which was work related. I had a goal to be bikini confident in time for the wedding and I was so happy heading off to Portugal, as all my hard work had paid off. This was all down to Jakes training and encouragement. Would highly recommend him to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Very knowledgeable and energetic trainer that makes the sessions enjoyable. Lays out tailored plans customized to each of his clients needs and individual strengths and weaknesses. Pushes you when you think you’ve nothing left in the tank which rarely happens when training alone and is constantly checking in between sessions , extremely good value for money.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Jake as a pt. He is an excellent trainer who is dedicated to getting results as well as improving your overall fitness and nutrition. Sessions are always tailored to your needs and Jake is always on hand to give you the extra push you need to challenge yourself. Fantastic experience: Jake is an excellent personal trainer who has improved my life significantly since I began training with him. The workouts he provides are tough but always doable. The encouragement he provides throughout the workout facilitates this. Jake is also a really nice man in general and brings that to his personal training. Fantastic experience: I started training with Jake about four months ago. I trained in the gym for years and never pushed myself or even knew what was the right and wrong way to get toned and fit. Jake totally changed this and now I am hitting my targets with Jakes help. Jake is very dedicated and keeps you motivated with texts regarding nutrition and daily steps. When training he will always take the time to correct me when lifting etc so that I get stronger and stronger. Workouts change monthly so that there is a good variety of different sessions. Starting with Jake has changed so many aspects of my life including choosing the right nutrition, helped me tone up, reduced my waistline and helped me gain confidence that I can hit targets

Fantastic experience: I always really enjoyed training with Jake. He is extremely knowledgable, professional and passionate about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. He listens to exactly what you want to get out of the training and makes sure to tailor the training to your personal goals. The training is very challenging but also extremely enjoyable and rewarding. Jake motivates you to give 110% to every session. I saw results very quickly and my strength improved immensely week on week. I would recommend Jake Beirne Fitness to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: For months I was going to the gym with little result. My brother introduced me to Jake who instantly helped me see the benefit of nutrition, sleep, steps and the right workout. He's an excellent trainer, approachable and diligent and he makes you push yourself, which is key. Having become a father recently I was worried I wouldn't have the energy for my son. Now I feel refreshed and confident, looking forward to each workout day! I can physically see the difference to my body now and I'm getting better sleep than I ever have before. I would highly recommend Jake for a customized routine that aims to produce the results you want.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Jake for quite a while now, before I started I had never set foot into a gym before. I can now safely say I am addicted. He made me feel so comfortable on my very first session When I began training and continues to do so. He pushes you to drive yourself further then you think you can go and challenge yourself which is exactly what you need. His knowledge, professionalism and interpersonal skills is second to none. I couldn’t recommend him enough, He has helped to build my confidence and helping me to reach my goals in such an enjoyable way. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to start on their fitness journey.
