Fantastic experience: Really happy with my experience with Ryan. Tailor made plan to help rehab my ACL reconstruction. The small group sessions meant that Ryan could offer help whenever needed and continuously monitored my progress changing the program when I needed. 100% would recommend working with Ryan

Fantastic experience: I joined Ryan in January 2023 to get in shape for my wedding that summer. Not only did I reach my weight goal but my sporting performance and fitness improved immensely. I've been a frequent gym user for many years but had stopped enjoying the process for a while. When I started I instantly enjoyed the atmosphere in the classes and started to enjoy going to the gym again Ryan designed programmes for me which challenged me, developed me as an athlete and help me reach my goal. I really could not recommend Ryan enough.
Fantastic experience: Ryan is the best PT I’ve ever worked with!! He has tailored my workouts to suit me and any injuries I have, he’s always on hand for support, guidance and encouragement. He focuses on the overall picture - diet, exercise, sleep, work & daily life, to get get you where you want to be. Working with Ryan has not only helped me lose weight and get stronger but it has also given me my confidence back. I could not recommend him enough!!
Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Ryan’s classes for anyone who is looking to get in to fitness, no matter what stage you are at. Ryan explains everything so well and all plans are suited to each individual! There is a great atmosphere at Ryan’s classes and he makes them so enjoyable I not only gained knowledge on training and using gym equipment but also about my diet which has been so helpful! He’s a brilliant trainer, he will push you to go to your limit and make sure you are always getting the best out of the class

He knows his stuff, differentiates his fitness plans to suit the individual needs of his clients and, he encourages you to keep moving forward with your training. His cardio, strength and core work sessions take place in small group settings.
Fantastic experience: I started training with Ryan 5 years ago. Being in my 60s my goal was to build strength and stamina. I have achieved that, and have never felt better or fitter. I feel safe and confident in my training due to Ryan's Professionalism and knowledge. I enjoy the small group sessions, and the banter.
Fantastic experience: I started with Ryan back in February 2023. I had put on roughly over 2 stone during covid and decided it was time to get back into shape. I knew I didn't want an overcrowded gym and started researching. Ryan's name was recommended to me so I made contact and haven't looked back since. I wanted a smaller P/T group /Gym where I felt comfortable and where the instructor could take time to focus on a smaller group and push me when I needed to be pushed. I would 100% Recommend Ryan, the classes are flexible and always switched up to keep you motivated and interested with your training. I've lost over my target of 2 stone and I continue to focus on improving my fitness level. Always a great atmosphere and great to see new faces joining the group and achieving their fitness goals with Ryan.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Ryan a long time, the environment he creates in his classes is just fantastic. I've done both 1 on 1 and small group training, his professionalism, expertise and training plans are brilliant. He is empathetic in his approach to individual goals. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Ryan for the last 3 months. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in getting fit and wanting to lose some weight, or for someone who just wants to feel more confident and get stronger. The small groups have a lovely atmosphere everyone is friendly, Ryan try’s to work around you and pick the days what suits you best for classes. Ryan does a plan that suits you and matches your goals. He goes through all the right techniques and shows you how to do all the exercises correctly what makes you feel confident using weights and any equipment. I have always tried to keep fit and the food part i have always struggled with. Ryan has made this so much easier for me and is a complete eye opener and game changer. the way he explains it, and helps you it’s so easy to follow. For anyone thinking of going to Walsh fitness you really won’t regret it.

Took me a while to get into any sort of training and when I decided to go with Ryan our first consultation made it clear he was professional in his approach with his clients. Between meal plans and training schedule and overall guidance it’s been top class
Fantastic experience: I started personal training classes back in June last year with little experience in the gym. Ryan was great and helped with food and workout plans over the last 10 months. I've gained so much knowledge and was shown the correct techniques so that I could achieve my goals. My fitness level has massively improved since starting last year. I chose the small group sessions which are great craic and you get to know the people in your class which makes the classes so enjoyable. I highly recommend Ryan, whatever level of fitness you have he will be able to cater to your needs.

Fantastic experience: I done an 8 week plan with Ryan looking to get fit for the GAA season. I had little experience in the gym but he showed me all the right ways and tecnique. I work shift work so Ryan worked around me and my days off. The meal plan is so easy to follow and i never felt hungry. I lost 9lbs over the 8 weeks. The best 8 weeks of training i have ever done.
Fantastic experience: I've been going to Ryan for over 3 months now. In the past I had experience in the gym and had no issues. Through Covid, coaching and injuries I hadn't played sport properly in nearly two years and had put on a few pounds. I went to Ryan with a focus on sporting performance and getting back to playing well while maybe losing a few pounds along the way. As a result of the food planner(makes it easy) I've lost the bones of 2 stone and feel as fit and mobile as I have in many years. The programmes are constantly progressing and challenging. As someone who plays fields sports the whole year round I couldn't recommend anyone any higher than Ryan to help you improve your on field performance, or if you simply want to trim down. Going to Ryan has made me accountable, you tend not to skip days like I would have in the past. The gym has everything you need and the smaller classes really let you get to know the others in your class a bit and adds to the whole fun. All in all going to Ryan has been one of the best investments I've ever made.
Fantastic experience: I had 8 weeks with Ryan, 3 sessions per week. It was one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I was always terrified at the prospect of going to a personal trainer and any time I would even go to the gym, I would stay in the "safe" section by the treadmills. In other words, I was way too intimidated to ever go near the weights section. After biting the bullet and going to see Ryan for the first time, I immediately felt at ease and realised that this was for everyone regardless of ability, prior experience, body type or goal. Throughout the weeks I got stronger, more confident and gained a lot of knowledge which has set me up now to be able to continue on my fitness journey by myself. I would highly recommend going to Walsh Fitness, it will be one of the best things you ever do for yourself!
Fantastic experience: I would recommend everyone to do a few sessions with Ryan. 1) He'll start from the very beginning and focus on form/technique. 2) The workout routine will adapt over the course of the sessions to match your goals and ability. 3) A huge part of it is food, Ryan provides a meal plan that offers flexibility to allow for you to eat enough of what you want so you don't fall off the wagon. FINALLY, you'll leave confident to walk into any free weights area in a gym and squat/bench/deadlift/rdl/etc. I went to Ryan for 8 weeks, it got me into a habit and mindset that I've stuck to months later.
Fantastic experience: I just finished 8 weeks of great training with Ryan, he really knew his stuff and I got much stronger over the 8 weeks which was exactly my goal, would highly recommend
