Fantastic experience: If you’re feeling stuck or unsure where to begin or even if you’ve been working out and training in various sports forever, Conor’s program is top notch and will most certainly teach you new ways to reach your goals — since starting the program last March, I’ve progressed in so many ways with extra strength and mobility exercises specifically for my knees /legs, which was a priority for me (deep full squat — something I wasn’t sure I’d ever do again since I’ve had 3 knee surgeries, also working in cossack squats and pull-ups, not there yet but doing the steps to get there!), and overall health and fitness. I love how they break it down, week to week with a new focus (PM or AM routine, journaling, etc) and the check ins and support. All of the coaches are so knowledgeable and approachable, the community so supportive. The workouts are clear and built for you. Highly recommend this!

Fantastic experience: Before starting, I worried I wouldn’t stick with it or that it wouldn’t make much of a difference. The reassurance and support throughout gave me the confidence to keep going and believe in the process. I’ve now lost 7 pounds, feel more flexible, and have much less pain. I’m more in control of my food and movement, and it’s made a big difference to how I feel day to day.

Fantastic experience: I had been having issues with early osteopenia, joint issues, weight gain, ….. all linked to the menopause. I was very concerned that I was on the start of a slow slide and despite being very busy I wanted to ensure I incorporated health measures into my overall plan. I had tried 2 other online programmes, both were too impersonal and not targeting my specific issues. I have now rehabbed my frozen shoulder and the ankle tendinitis has turned the corner. I am stronger (gone from 20 secs passive hang to 45 secs nearly at the minute! No issue lifting my case into the overhead bin…). I am much more flexible - I can do a full squat for 15 mins, when I couldn’t get my heels on the floor. I can easily get off the floor without using my hands….. Your programme (as it is tailored to you) is as intense (or not) as you require. There is as much support as you need - groups are available but no obligation if that is not your thing Shout out to Brad and Conor thanks for everything.

Fantastic experience: Before joining, I was unsure about the cost and whether I could stay consistent. The coaching helped by creating a realistic plan that worked for my life. I can now squat deeper, sit on my heels, and my back pain is gone. I’ve also noticed how much more confident I feel moving again.

Fantastic experience: I was worried the program might feel impersonal or automated. The opposite happened — every coach has shown integrity and genuine care. I’ve improved mobility, dropped weight, and gained a healthier mindset that’s spreading into other parts of my life.

Fantastic experience: Conor’s approach to fitness is wonderful and very inclusive. I’ve incorporated his scapular strength exercises into my workout when i started to experience pain in my joints (esp elbow) and it really went a long way to helping mitigate the worst of the pain. His suggestions for a morning routine for overall body warming up and engagement is now a must do part of my daily practice and has helped to alleviate my morning lower back aches and stiffness. Super helpful in his personal feedback as well, which was such a pleasant surprise given how many IG followers he has. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I had no doubt Conor would be a great fit for my training, he is a GMB coach, and I trust their methodology. I was first introduced to GMB when I started PT locally. The PT I was going to at the time was doing the GMB apprenticeship. I enjoyed his style of training. I began to get GMB programs for myself to do at home. Once I had done most of the GMB programs, I started program hopping. One month, my goal would be to do handstands, and next, it would be muscle gain, followed by training for multi-sport events. After doing one of GMB's Live workshops, Conor contacted me and asked If I would be interested in joining his SFL program. The only thing holding me back was time and money. I am a personal trainer myself and believe the investment in my health and knowledge is priceless. My most significant breakthrough would be less negative self-talk. As I write this, I reflect on how I have less stress eating. I used to stress after the kids got home from school, listening to their worries or things I had to catch up on, doing the housework, or cooking dinner. I now plan my meals for the fortnight and bulk cook. I have more time for my children and fewer worries about what to cook every night. My husband loves this part as our household is much more organised. I plan my days and weeks and track the habits I am focusing on. I used to think I knew how to plan, but my planning was on a piece of note paper with a never-ending list. Having all the habits to follow and track each week made me realise the holes in my training. Now, after two years of consistent training under the guidance of Conor, I have gained more confidence in myself, my handstands have improved, I can do the eccentric phase of the muscle up, and I now have a dream job as an assistant coach working under an amazing coach Conor O Shea himself. I could recommend this program to so many people, but at the end of the day, you have to be willing to show up and put in the effort. The program is tailored to suit you and your goals; it's very personal, and you must help set the goals to suit your life. I recommend this program to people who want to take control of their lives. For people that care about their health and wellbeing. For people who want to put in the effort and show up each week, each day. Just stepping on the mat.

Fantastic experience: In 12 months working with the fabulous Conor O'Shea we have talked about mental health, forming habits, sleep, eating skills, a workout programme and much more. Looking back, before starting the programme I knew a little bit about fitness, but not nearly enough to know what to do. I thought I knew about nutrition, but there were definitely some gaps and, more importantly, I didn't know how to properly apply what I knew to how, when and what I should be eating. I knew that some parts of my lifestyle were not ideal, but I didn't know how important the changes would be, and I definitely didn't know how to make those changes or how to build them into sustainable habits and choices. Not only have I lost about 28lb in weight, and more than that in body fat, Conor has helped me get to a happier and healthier frame of mind and a healthier more future proof body. To use a driving analogy, before the programme I had one foot on the accelerator and the other foot on the brake. Conor showed me how to take my foot off the brake, how to steer in the right direction and make course corrections, and then to change up a gear. I didn't think this would be possible in my 50's. Now I am looking forward to seeing what I can do, rather than despairing over what I can't Don't let anyone tell you that it's just inevitable that you will put on weight as you get older. With the right guidance and a willingness to try something new, anything is possible.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with coaches before but my time in the gym usually ended with injuries small or large that set me back or stopped my progress. I wondered whether an online program would have me back in the same place. Instead, I've been in Conor's program over a year and have had steady gains with no down-time for injuries. Conor has always had a way to modify and keep things challenging but in a range and volume I can support. My top goal is the handstand, but we've been back to some foundational strength and mobility I need to be successful with that. My workouts are much more consistent, my strength and mobility are increasing, and my injuries are minor and have just modified rather than stopped my workouts. I definitely recommend Conor's program if you want to get strong, more mobile, and rehab injuries.

Fantastic experience: Before starting with Conor, I was familiar with GMB and knew the program was a good fit, I just felt I needed more of a one-on-one type coaching to keep me motivated. I have found the group culture friendly and helpful; the team always responds to any questions in a timely manner with friendly, helpful suggestions and encouragement. My goals were to get out of my training and diet funk to improve my overall health as I am aging and to keep my body in good shape to continue riding as long as possible. So far I have lost weight (fat), improved flexibility, rehabbed shoulder, and I’m starting to finally feel some upper body improvements now that my shoulder is feeling better. Most importantly I feel amazing on the bike this year. My control and balance are better this year than at the end of the season in previous years, and we haven’t been out much at all due to our busy schedule. I strongly recommend the program to others who want to move better and feel stronger as they age.

Fantastic experience: When I first thought about signing up for online personal training, I was concerned that I’d just get a cookie cutter program that wasn’t tailored to me at all, or that it wouldn’t be value for money. But in the initial conversation Conor was open and honest about how his program works and what it could do so I felt confident to proceed. I wanted to restore flexibility and get rid of neck and upper back pains. I also wanted to lose some belly fat so my trousers fit again. Since joining the program, I have learnt new habits that support my health and fitness and have restored some old habits that I’d lost sight of. Conor’s approach is flexible and realistic and has supported me to sleep better, eat better, and put in place an enjoyable mix of incidental and structured exercise. And my trousers fit again! I highly recommend this program.

Fantastic experience: My assessment after one year of personal training: When I started personal training with Conor in April '22, my two main goals were to gain weight (at least 68 kg from a starting point of 64 kg) and learn the muscle up. By early April '23, my weight was 70.7 kg, and I had just managed to perform a full muscle up. After my recent coaching call with Bradford, I set myself the four-week goal of doing 2-3 muscle ups in a row... and I did it ... some fine-tuning and more repetitions will follow in the coming weeks. So, what is my conclusion? The coaching with Conor and the team, as well as the Facebook group, has been a complete success and works very well for me. In the second year, I am now setting new goals and working on the planche and front lever (holding time at least 20 sec). If I am doing good with these the handstand push-up will be the next challenge What else has coaching brought me? The workouts finally have a solid intensity that challenges without overwhelming me. Previously, most (random online) classes were either too easy or too strenuous. So, I made adjustments, constantly swapped exercises, or quit early. Results were lacking. Now I finally feel like I'm making consistent progress. Even though I still spend a lot of time sitting, my body feels strong, flexible, and balanced. With the pure strength training I did before, I always felt weaker, more tired, and less mobile. The weekly yoga session seemed to only slow down the process. With my current coaching program, supplemented with GMB programs, yoga, and generally more movement in my life (OTMs and steps), I am making progress here as well and enjoying confidence in my endurance and abilities, making me actively engaged and energized. In addition to the health aspects, thanks to developing good habits, I have gained a high level of self-confidence and also taken on greater challenges in other areas of my life. I apply the same approaches, for example, in finances, work, and relationships, and build solid habits. Many things have developed positively in these areas as well I hope this brief summary helps you if you are not sure whether to join the programme or not. I would recommend that you give it a try and work with it consistently for several months. I think the results will then show up for you as well.
