Fantastic experience: I am a woman in my 30s and I have been attending this trainer for a few months now. I highly recommend them. They are very knowledgeable on the subject and also very approachable which as a person with anxiety I appreciate. I have seen significant improvement in my strength and shape with their help. Fantastic experience: My friend recommend I go to MC Exercise & Health Fitness as I wanted to lose weight & get fit. Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Michael highly enough! Rapidly moving through my forties (and never particularly athletic) I started my fitness journey with Michael in February this year. Even in a short space of time, with Michael's guidance, support and encouragement, I am so pleased with my results so far. Michael has helped me not only gain strength but educated me about health and fitness and continues to support my fitness goals. Michael understands what it is I hope to achieve and has created a programme to help me get there. Michael will put you through your paces but it's worth the hard work. Fantastic experience: I started with Michael at the end of February. It's probably the best thing I've ever done in my life. He gets me and understands me and my needs and goals that I have for myself. My first test was recently and I was very proud of myself for what I achieved but that's all down to Michael and the support he has given me. Michael is a down to earth person who goes over and above for me to encourage me to be my best. Highly recommend him as a Personal trainer .

Fantastic experience: I first met with Michael in November 2024 10 months after a road traffic accident. Prior to the accident I was very fit and healthy however it took me 10 months to have the courage to start my fitness journey again. I’m now 8 months training with Michael. Michael has tailored the exercises to suit the post accident injury. As a women in my 40’s, I’m toning but most importantly I’m building my strength and feeling healthier with 8kg lost to date. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Michael. I decided to get into weight training after my second baby and Michael made it very easy to understand and to get a suitable programme going. He is very professional, knowledgeable and understanding. His gym is private, clean and well equipped. Michael helped me reach my goals, always providing guidance on form to avoid injury and building up my strength at a manageable pace. For anyone thinking about getting into weight training Michael is brilliant at opening up that world to you so that it can become a lifelong practice for fitness, weight management, overall health and longevity.

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Michael at for almost 8 months now, and I'm delighted with the progress I've made! Michael is a great trainer who really knows how to tailor workouts to your individual needs and goals. He pushes you just the right amount, keeping you motivated while ensuring you maintain proper form to avoid injury. I've seen a noticeable improvement in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness level since we started. The gym space, is clean, well-equipped, and has everything needed for a great session. Fantastic experience: After I had a minor health scare, my wife and I looked for a local trainer to help get us back into a healthy shape. This is where Michael comes in. He is local, he has qualifications (which are displayed on his walls), he has charm and most of all, he has a very good understanding of who you are as a person. His gym is very well laid out, and is kept clean and professional. We have extended our time with him because he explains what he is doing, why he is doing it, and how it will benefit the two of us. If you are around the Bettystown/Laytown area, and want to learn how to remain fit and strong into your old age, give him a try.

Fantastic experience: Michael or Mick, as I call him, is a genuinely nice bloke. At the same time, he puts you through your paces. I joined MC Exercise and Health Fitness back in May, and i have to say I'm delighted with the results. Im also not the best on the nutrition side of things, so his knowledge and expertise within that field have been really helpful. His gym is well laid out and has everything required to get a great workout done. Highly recommend giving it a go.

Fantastic experience: Micheal is very professional at all times. His experience and knowledge in his field is second to none. In the 6 months I've been with Micheal I’ve completely transformed my body and my diet. His equipment and gym are the best you can get and his 1 on 1 sessions are invaluable. Fantastic experience: I've been working with Michael for 4 months and I highly recommend him as a personal trainer. I initially went to Michael because of persistent injuries that stopped me from running. He took detailed notes, listened carefully, asked lots of questions and came up with a tailored plan to target the weak areas that were causing the injuries. Thanks to Michael I am now much stronger and running injury-free. He has made many tweaks to the training as I make progress, so th sessions are never dull. The gym is spotless and well-equipped. He is extremely knowledgeable about strength training, nutrition, and running. He has a good personality and is a great motivator. The sessions are hard but enjoyable. Fantastic experience: I went to Michael in order to prepare for an employment-related fitness test at very short notice and he went above and beyond to ensure my every success. He is a professional in every sense of the word who knows how to guide and motivate. Despite only having 3 weeks to prepare, he designed a plan that worked for my needs and thanks to him I was able to pass the test. Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Michael for a few months now and I find him really excellent. He is professional and knowledgeable, and a natural communicator, while always being patient, courteous and encouraging. Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend Michael enough, Very knowledgable trainer so if you are either just beginning or or looking to change up your workouts he seems to always have a good plan, One on one training is ideal as I don’t have to deal with waiting for someone to finish on a machine or even worse having to talk to anyone, Michael is good craic and easy to get on with but doesn’t let that get in the of the workout, Fast and effective workouts and always feel like I got a great amount done in the hour, Go to Michael and you’ll see results.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Michael, as a personal trainer. His dedication and attention to detail are exceptional. Fantastic experience: Michael is extremely professional PT, after 2 months of training I already see progress not only in my body appearance but also my strength and flexibility have improved as well as my posture is so much better! Fantastic experience: I've been working with Michael for a short while now and I'm really enjoying it. He is very professional, approachable and dedicated to helping you realise your fitness and lifestyle goals. He encourages you to ask questions and give feedback. Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Michael enough , He is a professional trainer with a great personality who made me feel at ease when I joined straight away, He has all the top of the range equipment.. His attention to detail in my opinion is 110% and the best aspect about him is that he takes no prisoners as he will give me a honest update each week which is what you want to hear as he wants me to achieve as much as I do in reaching my goals and maintaining them, His knowledge on every aspect of Fitness , Muscle gain and Nutrition is second to none , I am 7 weeks into a 12 week program and can hands down say I’ll be signing up again , I can see results already that I’ve never seen before and couldn’t thank him enough. Fantastic experience: I started with Michael in September 2021. I signed up for a 16 week programme 3 sessions per week and after the 16 weeks I signed up again to continue to do 2 sessions per week after feeling motivated to train independently. I can honestly say it has been the best decision I have ever made. Michael is extremely patient and supportive while pushing me to do my best. Very professional coaching and he will most definitely help you achieve your goals. Since I started with Michael my confidence just keeps building, my energy levels have greatly improved and my fitness levels are getting stronger. Michael will always check in before each session to make sure you have no injuries, niggles or concerns and check you are happy with the training and encourages your input. Michael takes the time to get to know you and your goals. I have gained invaluable knowledge about Nutrition as part of my fitness journey, Nutrition is key. I have had a complete lifestyle change in both body and mind. Michael has a great sense of humour so every session is filled with a laugh and positive attitude. I would highly recommend Michael.
