Fantastic experience: I have been in sport all my life and enjoy training, however I found I was at a point where I was reading everything on programs, exercise and was getting confused, there are so many different views on types of exercise, and I was completely lost when it came to nutrition. I contacted Clare and she started me on a holistic journey, she joined all the dots between nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, and wellbeing, Clare developed programs to suit me. Clare has a lot of experience from her own sporting career and is highly qualified in the field of nutrition. I know have clear direction. I’m enjoying my fitness programs and a bigger variety of nutritious food. I am seeing the benefits and rewards and continue my journey with Clare.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Clare to anyone who wants to improve sporting performance alongside building strength and balance in the body. I have found her coaching transformative. Fantastic experience: I have been training with Clare for the past 2 years. Her attention to detail in all aspects of training really ensure you get the maximum benefit of the sessions. Ensuring technique is correct (critical when undertaking physical exercise), intensity is just right to ensure progression, as well as variety to keep the interest and focus on development. Her programs, specifically tailored to the individual's needs, combines Pilates, weights and stretching providing a complete training package.

Fantastic experience: I attended Clare's studio for a 10 weeks program. Clare has an amazing depth of knowledge and is an extremely dedicated personal trainer. I was at a low point both physically and mentally when I first went to Clare and she helped me find inner strength in both these areas. Her attention and knowledge of mind body connection helped me a huge amount. Her studio is excellent with loads of specialist equipment. I could recommend Clare to anyone. Top job Clare - 110%

Fantastic experience: I decided to go to Clare for a bio-mechanical assessment a year ago. I was amazed at the wealth of knowledge and information Clare had when I first went to see her. A year on, I am now on the 4th program with her and I can see such a difference in all the weaknesses that were identified during the bio-mechanical assessment. She is always available to answer my questions and her online coaching is ideal for me as I do not live in Galway at the moment. Highly recommended coach in Co. Galway for anyone looking.

Fantastic experience: Clare is an incredible personal trainer. She has studied Olympic weightlifting, Pilates, nutrition among others at the highest level. I would say she is one of the most knowledgeable physical trainers in Ireland. I've been working with her for 5 years and she constantly challenges and surprises me with her depth of knowledge. Clare is always learning and bringing new insights and techniques to her training plans. Plus she makes it fun and succinct so fits perfectly into your life. You wont regret working with Clare and your she'll transform you physically.

Fantastic experience: The only true way to get rid of back pain for good ! Long story short, I have got more and more frequent back pain for years, my back getting locked for a couple days quite regularly. I started by taking pills, then chiropractor, then tried to do some sport/stretching and address the issue. New chiropractor advised to fine a good coach and I found Clare. You get a thorough biomechanical assessment, great explanations about your issues, then you follow a program tailored for you. You don’t have to think, just commit. Free of pain since then. It is worth every cent. I just wish I had started earlier.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Clare for over 3 years now and I can't recommend her enough. I was suffering with lower back and chronic hip pain for a couple of years previous and no amount of physio visits or foam rolling or stretching were helping me. From the initial biomechanical assessment to regular updated programs I have seen my biomechanical health go from strength to strength and this is in no small part thanks to Clare. All of my previous aches and pains have now been eradicated and I'm able to enjoy training without any issues. Her knowledge of her profession is second to none and something that I love is that she explains everything in great detail so you get an understanding of not just how to do certain exercises but why. If you are experiencing any pain and can't seem to find a fix or you are just looking for a great strength/pilates/nutrition/lifestyle coach don't hesitate in contacting Clare, you won't regret it.
