Fantastic experience: I've had a great experience doing online coaching with Sonya. Her holistic approach around nutrition, exercise, and mindset have been the right combination for things to just "click" for me! I especially enjoy the level of information provided to support in educating me, not just giving a set of instructions and leaving it there - it makes our 1-1 coaching sessions very collaborative and enjoyable. Fantastic experience: Sonya has been a fantastic PT, I couldn’t recommend her more. I’d always been someone who been intimidated by gyms and machine exercises and would never have known how to go about a strength training plan. She has given me the knowledge and confidence to walk into the gym and know what to do! She is an excellent teacher and always provides great feedback on form and technique. I would highly encourage anyone thinking of doing PT to go with Sonya!

Fantastic experience: It’s been three months since i have started my training sessions with Sonya and i have had a remarkable and challenging( in the best way) time at every session. Aside from being a very fit person herself, Sonya is a kind hearted, caring and encouraging person. She is well able to pick up on even those little ‘bad, habits one tends to build up when training unsupervised and has been a great support (and continues to be) through my struggles of getting fit. I crossed paths with Sonya when i was looking to solve a problem no doctors seemed to have an answer to. With a rare genetic issue that confines me from using my ankles and calfs like anyone else, i needed help, taking little steps at a time towards my bigger goal- which ironically is to simply be able to walk and climb stairs without feeling like my knees are giving in (along with getting toned and fit). And through it all, Sonya has been the encouraging voice that helps me get better with every session. By only working 2 days a week on a consistent basis i have not only felt stronger, and in better shape overall but i have also seen the results through Inbody scans and, of-course, the age old weighing scale. I would recommend Sonya to anyone out there looking for that encouraging voice by your side as you make your way through to shaping up to be the best version of yourself!

Fantastic experience: I had multiple sessions with Sonya and she is brilliant at listening to your needs and creating personalised work out plans that feel just challenging enough. Fantastic experience: I've been with Sonya doing an online fitness coaching programme for a few months now. I've found her to be really helpful with guiding me in terms of nutrition and training, and working towards my goals. Sonya also takes into account individual factors which may affect training and nutrition, and more specifically, things that may affect us as women. I was a bit anxious before starting an online fitness coaching programme, but now I would highly recommend Sonya to anyone who would like to work on their fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: Sonya is a fantastic trainer, I couldn't recommend her enough. I was at an impasse with my training and an hour long chat with her helped me uncover my blockers and chart a path forward. She really gets to know the client and definitely doesn't take a one size fits all approach. I learnt she is also a certified life coach - so a session or consultation with Sonya is like getting two experts for the price of one!

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend Sonya more highly as a personal trainer. I was pregnant when I started with her, and I felt like I was in safe hands at all times. I chose her because she had completed specialist training in working with pregnancy. She sensitively adapted my routine both to how new I was to strength training and to my pregnancy, going above and beyond to make me comfortable. After many unsuccessful attempts prior, exercise final became a habit for me, and an enjoyable one at that. She was encouraging and motivating without any pressure or judgement. She is also really lovely company, I loved the chats and I loved that she was also happy to be quiet if that's what's preferred. She really adapts to each person - which is very important considering it could feel quiet intense otherwise having such one on one time while exercising. I would love to train with her again when I can push myself harder than in pregnancy as you can definitely make big gains with Sonya!

Fantastic experience: I’d highly recommend Sonya to anyone who is serious about goal setting and changing their lifestyle. Sonya is very knowledgeable and an expert in her field, but manages to train and coach her clients in a judgemental-free and intimidating-free environment. She not only gives you the tools to hold yourself accountable, but is always on hand for advice and support in between sessions. Over the last year, she has worked with me 1:1 at my own pace, but also pushed me when I needed to be pushed. She takes everything into account when training – it’s not just about the gym workout with Sonya. She has helped me to implement training as part of my lifestyle and everyday routine – two years ago this would have been unheard of. Looking forward to achieving more results going into 2025!

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Sonya Dee fitness for little over 2 years now having lost over 10kg in weight in that time. She always has great session plans laid especially around focus on full body workouts and mobility which I struggled with when I started. Now I can really see improvements in my flexibility my strength and muscle tone. I would highly recommend her to anyone starting out in the gym or who works at a desk mainly and needs the help getting that movement in during the day.

Fantastic experience: Sonya has been my PT for nearly 2 years and in that time I have lost over 3 stone. She is so encouraging and knows when to push and always has a great plan laid out so I am getting a full body workout. Seeing the muscle tone and definition since loosing weight and working on my strength has been so so rewarding! I would genuinely recommend her to anyone especially people who are nervous or first timers because her approach is such a friendly non judgemental one it just makes it a really lovely way to hit your goals without feeling overwhelmed or in any way intimidated of working out.
Fantastic experience: Over the past year, my experience training with Sonya has been incredibly rewarding. Not only has she helped me develop my physical strength, but she has also played a crucial role in reshaping my mindset and instilling healthier habits. Her unwavering support has been invaluable. Just to share some of my achievements: full-body push-ups and a 2-minute wall sit with a 17.5 kg weight (I started without weights). This has been amazing for me as I have had chondromalacia for more than 10 years. For the first time in ages, I have no knee pain anymore! Fantastic experience: It's been about a year since I've started training with Sonya and I love it. She always take time to answer my question, give me advices, make sure to know if my goals have changed so we can adapt the training to it, she's always pushing me to do more with encouragement which really help me.she show me the progress that I make which help me with my motivation a lot.

Fantastic experience: Sonya is an amazing PT and person. When she shows you machines it's not try once and move on, she asks how it feels and stays at it until you get the form right and have the hang of it. No matter if she is busy she is always caring and welcoming and always does it with a smile. One good thing also is the support you have and she truly cares about you personally and also about your workout. Sonya is always happy to help you if your stuck or can't find a machine or not sure how to use it. Truly can't recommend her enough. If your looking for a PT sonya is your person. She is amazing and great at her job.

Fantastic experience: Sonya shows an impressive level of knowledge in regards to health, fitness and nutrition that she is aptly able to communicate and explain into easily digestible bite sized chunks of info that anyone can understand. She is committed and tenacious in her approach and cares for her clients. From her, I’ve learned so much in regards to how my body works and how to keep it operating at peak performance. Fantastic experience: I started working out with Sonya about a half year ago - after my surgery I needed a professional by my side and I couldn’t be more happy. She’s a very knowledgeable, kind, supportive, caring person that makes you feel excited to go to gym again and again. I’ve achieved amazing results with Sonya.
