Fantastic experience: I have taken few one on one sessions with Joey and couple of HIIT. He is very experienced in this field, knows in and out of the training techniques. I found him very useful to not just get started with gym after a big break but also to know which should be the areas I should be focusing on going forward. Highly recommend his one on one sessions plus HIIT.
