Fantastic experience: Derek is the best. Suffering with an unresolved piriformis muscle issue for a while I had expected it was to be there forever. 1 session with Derek and I was transformed. No pain at all now. Now if I had any muscle issue I wouldnt think twice about contacting him.

Fantastic experience: I completed a 10 week course of PT with Derek about two months ago. The change in my body was amazing and I began to see results fairly quickly. Derek put a lot of time and effort into training me and set up tailor made circuits ( I have a bad back) for me to complete which was super cool and a great help. He provided me with nutritional information and leaflets that I could take with me. I found him very energetic and always willing to help, in anyway he could, to make the experience better. Fantastic experience: Derek is one of the best physiotherapists iv been to. Was suffering with a problem with my shoulder for nearly 2 hours which stopped me from been able to train proper in the gym and left me frustrated to a point i didn't want to train. After a few sessions with Derek and all the stretches and homework he gave me i was back training proper within 2-3 months which i was delighted with. He's a wise man who knows his stuff and explains everything to you in detail and helps you prevent further injuries. Would highly recommend Derek for any problem big or small. Nice fella and easy to chat to.

Fantastic experience: Derek is simply a brilliant physio that I would highly recommend to anyone. Not only is he extremely good at fixing your muscle injury but he is also passionate by what he does and is very friendly. I came with a calf muscle strain on 2 crutches and left him an hour later able to walk (this is as close to Jesus miracles as you can get if you ask me). I recommended him to 3 of my friends and they all shared the same opinion about his professionalism and how incredible his work is.
