Clem Nihill Physiotherapy Limerick

Fantastic experience: I recently went to Clem with an Achilles issue. He was meticulous in his approach to the rehab exercises and sought to solve the problem at source and provide reasoning as to why the issue may have occurred. He gave me strength work to complete in the gym and when I was unable to see Clem for a few weeks in the middle of the rehab process and he provided me with a road map and plan to follow while I was away which ultimately led to a full recovery and getting back on the pitch again within the timeline discussed on the very first day. Extremely knowledgable and reliable Physio based in UL. Couldn’t recommend Clem enough whether you are a GAA, rugby, soccer player etc he caters for all ability levels. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Clem on a weekly basis for the past year having torn my ACL Clem goes above and beyond to ensure your rehab is done to the highest possible standard making sure you get the best out of yourself. Clem is always happy to help with any queries you may have about anything on your rehab journey. I highly recommend you to visit clem if you are thinking about it you won’t ever look back. To be fair to him he also has a good humour aswell your guaranteed to get a good laugh during your sessions while getting the work done.

Fantastic experience: Clem was absolutely brilliant. He got to the route of my issue and helped me deal with the cause instead of just trying to treat where I was feeling the pain the most. He recommended some very basic exercises (really didn't take long) to increase mobility at the source and since then the pain that was manifesting elsewhere is gone. I also feel stronger and more flexible in the area... I highly recommend, particularly if you have back or nerve pain.

Fantastic experience: Clem accurately diagnosed the cause of my adductor injury and helped me return to playing sport. He offered flexible appointment slots and regularly checked-in via text to monitor my progress. He helped me understand how to avoid the injury recurring in the future. Fantastic experience: Easily the best therapeutic experience I have ever had and I have suffered with low back pain for years, so have seen countless therapists. Clem really took the time to listen to the full history of my complaint and carried out a very thorough assessment. He then took me through a treatment plan and exercise programme that was both realistic and achievable for my ability. After just a few sessions my pain is much more manageable and I am back doing activities such as cycling and swimming, which I haven’t been able to do for years. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough!
