Coach's Fitness Centre

Fantastic experience: I started going to Coach's Fitness Centre over 5 years ago. I started with PT and joined he's classes when I grew in confidence in myself. I couldn't recommend Coach enough to anyone who is looking to start their fitness and weight loss journey. It can be hard to take the first step, but you will see you are worth it and there's no one better than Coach to guide you along.

Fantastic experience: Coach's Fitness Centre is a hidden gem in Cork City. 1 to 1 tailored training, diet plans and top level equipment along with group classes and online training also. Coach Conor is highly skilled, knowledgeable, experienced and dedicated to his practice. He is very approachable and will work with you to get the best results for you. We are all unique and Coach is one of the best trainers I've ever seen to recognise that and not just give you a 'one size fits all' training plan. If you put in the work, he will back you all the way. Results speak for themselves. Check it out!
