Fantastic experience: After 35 years avoiding gyms and not caring about fitness, I took the chance and contacted Keith to help me with my health. After having my daughter I realised I was struggling holding her and my body was changing, I wasn’t happy with how I looked and felt overall. Keith made a plan for me, it didn’t disrupt my day-to-day, it was perfectly tailored. In only one month my body drastically changed for good, one year later I was looking good in front of the mirror and more importantly I could hold my daughter without any issue or pain. I started liking training and going to the gym, something that I never thought I would. All thanks to Keith!
Fantastic experience: I first met Keith when he had his little studio in Dublin 2, and I really enjoyed the workout sessions with him, but I wasn't consistent. Years later, after having my child I contacted him again because even though I'd been able to lose some weight after the pregnancy, I was in a plateau and there was no way to lose those 5 extra kilos. Keith immediately knew what the issues were, he knew exactly how to help me and what I needed to do. This time the sessions were online. I was very commited this time, I even joined a gym (I hated gyms and now I'm always looking forward to my next workout) Keith not only helped me lose those 5 Kgs, but he helped me be stronger and confident. He also changed my mindset around food. I'll be forever grateful for all that Keith did for me. He challenged and encouraged me. Also, he's a sound, kind man! I totally recommend Keith if you're struggling with your physique and/or if you're struggling with a lack of motivation. He's one of the best PT out there!
Fantastic experience: I have been doing personal training with Keith for a good few months now and it's one of the best steps I could have taken for my physical and mental health. I feel so much fitter and healthier through a mix of Keith's tracker app and weekly sessions. The chatting through the session makes the time fly and the session always ends with a laugh. Anyone who feels self-conscious about stepping into a gym would never have a problem with Keith - he encourages you from the get-go whether you're having a good day or a bad day. I’ve been attending Keith’s personal training space in D2 twice a week for the past year and enjoyed, while also being challenged by, all the sessions. Fantastic experience: During quarantine I was in a slump and struggling to stay motivated with my fitness goals. I started looking for personal trainers online and am so glad I found Keith. He's super motivating and non-judgemental. While the sessions are challenging, they won't scare you off if you don't have prior fitness experience. In just one month I feel stronger and more confident in myself. At work I'm more focused, and I've noticed I'm consistently in a much better mood. If you've been at all hesitant about starting personal training, I'd highly recommend Keith!
Fantastic experience: Keith was understanding and motivating from the first day. He understand that each person is different and built my workout regime around my personal abilities and goals. He was extremely friendly and professional. The gym was always clean and in perfect condition. Fantastic experience: Started with Kieth in Feb 2020 and have been seeing him regularly since - (via Zoom during the lockdown). Kieth has never cancelled an appointment, is always on time; and his studio is clean, well equipped, and welcoming. His manner during your workout is friendly, encouraging, with intensity where it is needed. And he provides a brilliant motivational presence during the workout- which he tailored to my needs. He really knows his stuff, and what it takes to gain a balanced, healthy physique. I am delighted to say in the short time I have been going to him my body changed from a pudgy 48 year old to the body of someone much younger - and I feel younger too. Feeling pretty smug about it to be honest :) Do yourself a favor and book an appointment. Can't recommend Kieth strongly enough.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Keith for the last few months and I've notice such a difference in my muscle tone, body shape and my mood has massively improved. Keith is an absolutely brilliant trainer. What I love is how he adjusts each session on how I am feeling that on day. He's also great craic which always is a bonus and very encouraging. He is extremely sensible and realistic with his nutrition advice too.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Keith for almost a year now and he has been fantastic to work with. He is very professional and engaged in working on a plan to achieve the results you want from each session. My main focus was to increase my strength to help with reoccurring injuries I have had for many years with my neck and back. Keith developed a clear plan to achieve this and to enhance my health and fitness in general too. It is always a joy to see Keith for a workout which says a lot about him as a person and his approach to each personal training session. Fantastic experience: I have been training with Keith for around a year. I've always struggle to stay on track when it comes to training but since starting with Keith I've come to actually enjoy the sessions and look forward to the next one. He is very flexible and always tries to work around your schedule as things can change at the drop of a hat. He works your sessions around your ability and how comfortable you feel trying a new set. I would highly recommend Keith to anyone. He is a brillant trainer!
Fantastic experience: The best thing about Keith is that he is a sound, normal person - not a scary trainer!! Keith met me where I was in terms of fitness and didn't impose anything unrealistic on me. Down almost 2 stone after 10 weeks of training paired with sensible eating (and plenty of nights and meals out thrown in for good measure). I've never once dreaded a session, and this is now permanently part of my routine. Keith knows what he is doing, all you have to do is show up.

Fantastic experience: Keith Ryan’s fitness is a no nonsense direct approach to improving nutrition and fitness. Keith lays the guidelines and then steers you to achieve your goals. It’s a pleasure to have him as a trainer. He doesn’t criticize you if you go off track , he just encourages you to change those bad habits while still having a proper social life. It has worked for me. I’ve lost weight gradually which means i’ve kept it off. The thought of training never appealed to me. I now enjoy it. This I put down to Keith. He has the right approach. If you’re looking to get started and change small things which will give you big results contact Keith you won’t regret it.
Fantastic experience: One of the things that stands out about Keith is how flexible and supportive he is. He recognizes that not everyone has the same goals, that not everyone enjoys the same exercises, and he tailors your program to what you are trying to achieve. I have small children, I wanted to be STRONGER, to carry them and cuddle them as they grew without feeling like it was a physical strain. Keith has worked with me, keeping the sessions different and interesting and engaging, which in turn kept me coming as well...and considering I spent an entire day in Disney with a 4 year old on my shoulders, impressing family, friends, and strangers alike, I would say his methods are immensely effective :) Thanks for making my quality of life better Keith!
Fantastic experience: Been training with Keith for the past 6 months and it's been brilliant. The sessions are intense and Keith is extremely enthusiastic and very informative. I'd been going to the gym but not following any plans, Keith was able to come up with a full workout. From sticking to this and working with Keith, I was able to lose bodyfat, gain muscle and my clothes started to fit me really well again. We also worked on my flexibility and focused on my perceived weaker areas. I was particularly delighted with this as for years I thought I wasn't completing these exercises with the same form I had for others. Keith has been great training with and I'd highly recommend him to anybody.
