Fantastic experience: I have had Anna as a coach for quite some time now and I couldn’t recommend her enough! Anna really cares about her clients and give as much support as needed to help you reach your fitness goals. Her coaching style takes into account all aspects from sleep to nutrition and also focusing on women's health in particular. The weekly accountability calls have been a huge help to me as we focus on the small wins and also gives time to reflect on the week and progress that I’ve made without realising. Thanks to having Anna as a Personal Trainer I now understand more about my body and how to adapt fitness around my lifestyle. For anyone looking for an online or in-person trainer I highly recommend Anna no matter what stage you are in your fitness journey!
Fantastic experience: Anna is a top class PT . Her attention to detail and level of knowledge in the gym is unsurpassed. I hadn’t a clue beforehand about form , safety , and the results that can be accomplished in a short timeframe . I’m now more flexible and stronger than I was 20 years ago. Anna will tailor your workouts to suit you as an individual and not just a template that many other PTs seem to use. Highly recommended.
Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Anna to anyone starting the gym or if you are just looking to elevate your current workouts. Anna is patient, supportive and very knowledgeable on all things gym related including any dietary information that you may need. Since working with Anna I have gained a lot more confidence and feel fully comfortable going to the gym and knowing what I should be doing. Even after finishing my training with her, anna continues to check up on how I’m doing and answers any questions I might have which I truly appreciate. One thing I also found very helpful was her emphasis on mindfulness and well being throughout the training process.
Fantastic experience: I started personal training with Anna because I hadn’t a clue where to start in terms of the gym. I used to dread going in, I would only go once every month or two and make sure times were quiet. I am now fully confident walking into a gym on my own and setting up each of the machines using the free weights and doing ab workouts. I’m still working with Anna, even past the 6 week initial period because I enjoyed working with Anna so much and I was seeing so much progress in the gym. I also enjoy the element of having someone to hold me accountable! She’s incredibly flexible in terms of hours. If you’re dreading the gym, hating working out or unsure of what you’re doing, I couldn’t recommend Anna more highly!
Fantastic experience: I started pt with Anna in January , I did the 6 week January jumpstart program ! Anna’s help and support took me from not knowing what I was doing (literally level 0) to now being able to go into a gym and complete my workouts confidently . She showed me how to substitute exercises for when certain machines aren’t available on busy days , made me feel confident in my form for each exercise and pushed me to personal bests. Anna is all about the little wins along the way , she checks in regularly through weekly check calls and WhatsApp messages . I benefited so much from the six weeks , physically and mentally . I have so much more confidence in and out of the gym. I would highly recommend Personal Training with Anna.
Fantastic experience: I started with Anna in the middle of Summer 2022 and the confidence I have gained both inside and outside of the gym is like nothing I have felt before! Anna really puts her clients first and will always make time for you, on your good and bad days. Before starting with Anna I would stick to the cardio machines in the gym- hiding away in one section of the gym ( when I was feeling confident to go in) I now have a new lifestyle and mindset where I can step foot into the gym both off peak and peak times and get my workout done while also knowing exactly how to do each exercise in my personalised program. The weekly check in calls help keep me accountable and reflect on how I found that particular week. Anna helps make you excited to go into the gym rather than dread it, and really makes you appreciate your achievements - no matter how big or small. I have seen a significant change in my physical and mental health from my time working with Anna and would 100% recommend Anna to people looking to reach their fitness goals!
Fantastic experience: Started Anna’s 6 week January Jumpstart at the beginning of the year , which helps to build your confidence up in the gym. 100% worth it. I am now very confident in going to the gym on my own and confident that I’m doing the exercises with correct form. Anna is a great PT, she truly takes the time to get to know you and your goals. When you hit a new PB or tell her you feeling more confident or happy in yourself, she’s there cheering you on and it’s fantastic. Couldn’t recommend Anna enough for anyone wanting to get started in the gym or needing just a little help and wanting to build confidence in the gym.
Fantastic experience: Through PT sessions with Anna she gave me the confidence and the skill set I need to feel comfortable in the gym. Before I started with Anna I would dread the gym but now it has become a place I love to go. She is incredibly understanding and supportive and she will implement a plan for you to succeed at your goals. Anna is brilliant at what she does I couldn’t recommend her enough !
