Fantastic experience: I love Kirsty’s detail orientated approach, her feedback and simplicity of the message in both coaching and nutrition. Kirsty makes it easy to understand a complex subject, making it approachable and achievable. From Kirsty’s approach, you learn quickly that improved nutrition takes planning and good habit building will take time. She provides you with tools for your toolbox to make positive habitual changes that will last a lifetime.
Fantastic experience: I have trained with Kirsty for the past 2 years and she is an unreal coach - very motivating, engaging and challenging. She is able to quickly help clients get past their barriers so that progression is achievable. More recently I started nutrition coaching with Kirsty, and she brought the same level of enthusiasm, positivity and encouragement to nutrition as she delivers in her training. I would highly recommend Kirsty for either Training and Nutrition coaching.
Fantastic experience: I have trained with Kirsty over the last number of years both online and in person. She is really highly knowledgeable and skilled in what she does and always tailors workouts to suit whatever needs you may have. Kirsty had brilliant tips and advice for me when I was struggling with an old shoulder injury, she genuinely cares and wants to help! I recently did Kirsty’s six week group challenge, Kirsty is a great leader and was really supportive giving lots of practical advice and tips, although we all had different goals in the group it felt really inclusive and encouraging.
Fantastic experience: Hands down the best coach I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend Kirsty to anyone looking to improve their eating habits, get fit, tone up, improve their general movements, flexibility etc. She makes it so easy, gives you step by step tutorials to follow at your own pace and time, she makes the whole experience extremely personal and even better makes it an enjoyable experience. I personally HATE the gym, working on food habits etc, and this girl has changed my whole view on all aspects of this! I will 100% be continuing my journey with Kirsty and I can’t recommend her anymore for everyone else to do the same!
Fantastic experience: Kirsty Cully is an amazing coach. I am lucky enough to work with Kirsty on Nutrition and Training. With Nutrition she is so dedicated to getting the right fit for each individual, over the weeks and months I worked with her, she focused and supported me on each step of my weight loss journey. She uses evidence based practice in focusing on my goals. She is also an incredible trainer, Kirsty takes her time to correct technique and she is great at celebrating all the small wins, when you improve and develop skills. It is great to be able to continue to work with Kirsty.
Fantastic experience: Kirsty is a straight talking coach who supported and challenged me in my fitness journey. She instils the importance of measuring results with the intention of motivating the client which really worked for me. She was always generous with her time and sound with her advice. Highly recommend whatever your level of fitness is!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Kirsty for just under a year and recently as a nutrition client. Kirsty is so supportive and encouraging in both the training and one to one nutrition. The nutrition programme was tailored to my needs and Kirsty didn't restrict any foods but showed my how to incorporate them in to my week and still lose weight. Kirsty is always on hand to answer questions and give you plenty of positive encouragement along the way. I would highly recommend Kirsty to anyone looking for the motivation to make positive changes in their exercise programme or diet.

Fantastic experience: I love the positivity that Kirsty brings to all our training sessions. She is so observant and able to see where you can make minor changes to get continual improvement. Her style is encouraging, positive and supportive yet she really challenges you to push to reach your goals or targets. I love that my gradual weekly targets have translated to really great gains in terms of my strength and mobility.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Kirsty for just over a year now, both on and offline, and more recently as a nutrition client - and over this time have hit so many wins I can't even keep track anymore! I am losing weight in a solid and consistent manner, all whilst gaining strength and mobility I didn't think would ever be possible for me. She really truly gets the best out of people. She is personable and adaptable, and always has a progression to suit the individual, she picks me up when I'm down, and brings me back down to earth when required - Everybody needs a Kirsty, but I cannot recommend this Kirsty enough :)

Fantastic experience: I originally went to Kirsty with a shoulder injury and within a month of training my shoulder was feeling the best it had in over 2 years. She really takes the time to discuss your goals and tailor makes programs to help you build towards those goals. I can't recommend her enough, she's a fantastic coach!

Fantastic experience: Kirsty is such a knowledgeable coach and is always willing to take the time to explain a movement or a drill and to suggest an alternative if needed. She is relentlessly cheerful, positive, encouraging and informed. I always come out of her classes in a better mood than when I go in ! Kirsty has a great coaching style and is a great motivator and I have experienced many "wins" under her care.
