Fantastic experience: It took me so long to decide on a coach. Fantastic experience: I am still at the start of my journey with Jill and her team but I am loving it. Everything is made easy, accessible and possible! Nutrition doesn't feel restrictive so there aren't crazy cravings which inevitably end with going off plan. The workouts are varied and mostly importantly for me, perfectly timed so you are in and out! I am genuinely enjoying the process and look forward to continuing with the team.

Fantastic experience: My first contact with Jill was in Oct 2023, when I felt I needed more support and guidance in my workouts, everything I was doing was just not giving any results. I was not motivated. In our first meeting I was impressed with Jill's professionalism right away. She knows how to build a relationship with the client and gain trust which makes the process so much easier and effective! She adapts the plan to our lifestyle, preferences and unplanned circumstances. In the past, exercise and diet used to be very challenging and I used to think it meant to be in pain all the time, not eating what I like, and not enjoying life. She absolutely changed this perception I had, by building a plan that was simple and effective without the need to stop doing things that I enjoy. Fantastic experience: Although Jill helped me reach my goal within 6 months, I worked with her for 12 months. I had a busy year of weddings, hen parties and various celebrations that I wanted to maintain the accountability and ensure that this truly became a lifestyle change rather than a quick fix that I couldn’t maintain. If you follow the plan Jill gives you, you will achieve the results you set out to achieve. It took me a month or so to get into the swing of things. Jill was very approachable and knowledgeable, and would always answer any questions I had, whether they were about nutrition or training. I really appreciated this especially at the start of my journey. This format of working with Jill online really suited me and my routine. I was able to achieve the results I wanted by doing home workouts, as I knew the gym just wasn’t going to be a realistic option for me. The comfort and convenience of being able to get workouts done at home meant I was committed to getting them done, no excuses. Gradually I started noticing changes in how I looked and more importantly how I felt. It was a great feeling to finally feel more confident in my own skin, enjoying shopping for clothes again, not cringing at photos of myself etc. Jill has given me the tools to maintain this lifestyle, how to navigate events and busy periods in life to ensure I don’t lose the progress I have achieved. I can’t recommend Jill highly enough, if you’re looking to feel better and make a lifestyle change that is sustainable, work with Jill, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: Jill's program really is personalised to your own needs, diet and level of strength and abilities due to injuries or hormonal conditions etc. She does push you through when you need to be pushed or encouraged and would help you through the bumps when you get a bit lost. I feel supported daily and in 3 weeks I've lost 2 kgs already, I feel less bloated in general as well, without starving or getting stressed with a new routine! Thank you Jill and Aphria! Fantastic experience: I took the three month program from April - July 2024 straight away after I spoke to Jill. She is a professional and knowledgeable. We spoke about an hour where she thoroughly understood the busy corporate lifestyle I have. Moreover during the program Jill became a friend who really cares about your well being. Whenever I felt low or didn't feel like working out she always gave me that push by constantly following up with me. I did see some great results and learnt so much about how you can enjoy having your fav meals in the most healthier way plus go on your holidays and still not gain the weight that you have lost, well that's something I could never do earlier. Give it a try!! You will not regret it!! :)

Fantastic experience: Working with Jill, I let go of 8.5kg (1.3 stone), which has been life changing for me. From the first consultation, Jill tailored a plan for me that suited my lifestyle, and didn't feel too intense. I adapted to it very quickly and began to shed weight immediately. Her meal plan was simple to use and adapt to the food I usually eat - and I will be using it from here on in. The exercise and movement part of the plan was easy to incorporate in my daily routine, and wasn't too taxing. Because of my health I cannot do intense exercise, and Jill took this into account when working with me. I will be keeping the movement part of the plan in my life from now on too. All in all, I highly recommend Jill. She is friendly and relatable, enthusiastic and realistic at the same time, adaptable to your needs, always reachable and engaged, and highly professional.

Fantastic experience: Jill comes into your life as both a PT and a friend. She helped me focus on nutrition and work outs and most importantly accountability. Bad days come as that's just life but she helped me get back on track with her words of encouragement. Over the last 3 months, i've dropped a pants size and genuinely have twice as much energy. She didn't start by changing my whole day to day routine but focused on how small life adjustment can make a world of a difference. Highly highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Jill’s been coaching me for about 16 months and I can’t recommend her enough! I told her from day 1 that I was the opposite of a sports nut, and the only reason I trained was so that I could keep eating nice foods and sipping nice wines... and she just rolled with it! She helped me figure out boring things such as exercise, water intake, nutrition… She tailored everything around my personality, hectic schedule and travels, making it virtually impossible for me to fail. Fantastic experience: I have been working out with Jill Taylor Online for three months now. I have gone down 2 pant sizes and loving the results. Working out on line with her has made my life so easy. Instead of driving to a gym I am able to be ready in minutes and does not disrupt my busy day taking the time going to gym and making sure I don’t forget any thing. Fantastic experience: My huge thank you and appreciation go to Jill Taylor today...She is incredibly amazing..I was struggling for over 2 years trying all sorts of diet and exercises, no plan, no consistency, no motivation, nothing worked out.. Then i found her and her online coaching program.. It has been now a little bit over 3 months on her coaching, and I can see and feel so many changes not just weight or body wise but mindset... Fantastic experience: From the very first consultation with Jill I knew I had the best help available. She listens and understands what you’re going through. I was able to be honest with her and she helped me make small changes which, over time, have led me to change my life significantly. The most important thing she has done is make me not feel like I was sacrificing with food changes. I’ve just adapted my food choices a little bit so that if I “slip” up I don’t feel guilty. Every gym session is great. You’re in and out before you know it and you get to see changes quickly! I could not recommend her higher.

Fantastic experience: Jill!!! The best PT you can have in Dublin! She is great and serious about her job, and make sure their clients meet their expectations and reach their goals. I have been training with her since last year October, and I can clearly see great results. Her plans are tailored to your body type, and focus on areas you want to improve. Not only that, I also feel more confident about myself, I am more aware of my nutrition and the amount of calories I can take based on my daily activity. I couldn’t ask for a better trainer, if you sign up with her, you will never regret. I will still continue training with Jill as long as I am still in Dublin! Fantastic experience: Jill was my personal trainer for 4 years. In that time she was reliable, fun, encouraging and consistent. Over the years she helped me to grow my confidence and taught me good technique. I can now step into any gym & not feel self conscious and have a much better understanding of my body whereas before I didn’t have a clue and I would never have gone to a gym alone. I always struggled to lose weight and exercise regularly. Jill understood me and worked with where I was at. She always remained positive. I have lost that weight, (over a stone) and kept it off. Thanks to Jill regular exercise and a much better diet are my baseline. And that brings such a sense of satisfaction after a lifetimes struggle. If you are ready to make that commitment to yourself you can choose no better trainer than Jill.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been doing online sessions with Jill for the past few months and cannot recommend them enough. The sessions are versatile, convenient and make a big difference to my overall fitness. During times that are uncertain and now that I’ve been working from home, the online sessions are a great way to incorporate consistent training and progression easily into my schedule. It doesn’t matter where I am, if I have a room and a mat I can work out properly supervised by a professional. It helps that she gives great diet/food tips and knows how to motivate me when I hit a wall or feel less than energised.

Fantastic experience: Jill is one of the best personal trainers in the business. She is extremely knowledgeable and will always put your health first! She always make sessions enjoyable and pushed you harder than you would ever push yourself but will never do anything that could cause injuries!
