Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with the Mc Lifestyle Fitness team for three and a half months now. I can highly recommend them for the tailored support and structure to their programmes to help clients reach their goals. For a few years, I tried myself, but always came up short with my running goals. I knew I possibly had a little more in me, but wasn’t sure how to reach this potential. I decided I wanted to give a marathon another shot as I felt I had previously underachieved in this distance. This is when I decided to reach out for some help from Mc Lifestyle Fitness and Adrian and it was the best decision. After just over 3.5 months of coaching, I have managed to cut over 7 minutes off my marathon pb compared to my time in my last marathon 18 months ago. This is as direct result of working with Mc Lifestyle Fitness and a new approach to how I structured my training week. Using a three pronged approach with running training, basic strength work and a keen focus on nutrition, I got in to the best shape I’ve ever been in. I lost the few extra lbs I was carrying, really toned up and added some muscle mass. This was a great confidence boost standing at the starting line. I felt really strong throughout the race and my form held right through to the end, unlike in previous races. The programme is very specific to each person. I was starting as a complete beginner with the strength work and had never prioritised nutrition before. The strength work was kept very manageable and doable for me. The nutrition was the biggest shift and change in lifestyle. These have been crucial elements in the process. The team has guided me along the way and been flexible when I had other things going on, such as travel plans during the summer. The ongoing support has been incredible, with such expert knowledge and detail, right up to the specifics of properly carb loading in the days before the marathon and now with the setting of new goals going forward. Thanks again for everything and helping me achieve a long time ambition. For this, I’ll always be very grateful. Keep up the great work.
Fantastic experience: I've worked with McLifestyle Fitness for 4 months. I needed a reset—I was not consistent with gym routine. With coaching I built a routine of 4 gym sessions a week plus daily steps, cleaned up my nutrition, and my sleep improved a lot. If you’re on the fence, start now—there’s no perfect time. Fantastic experience: Before coaching, consistency and accountability were my biggest challenges, and I didn’t have a solid nutrition plan. A health scare (heart palpitations) and rotating between medium/large/XL clothes pushed me to act. Fantastic experience: I used to tell myself I’d start tomorrow — but tomorrow never came. I’d lie awake making excuses not to do the work. I wasn’t happy with how I looked or felt, and it hit me when even some of my clothes didn’t fit anymore. Since starting, the biggest win for me has been collecting the small wins. I don’t chase huge goals — I just try to make each day better than the last. That shift alone has changed everything. If you’re thinking about working with the lads, I’d say 100% go for it. Trust the program — it works.

Fantastic experience: My biggest challenge was losing body fat and finding a time efficient way of training. What made me finally get help was that I was training quite a lot and seeing no results. I figured that if I was putting in all that effort and it wasn't working, it was time to try something else. Since we started I have lost 8kg and increased my daily step count from 2k to a minimum of 8k. I can now run 5k in 27mins which I could never do in my life. I would say that this is a very sustainable and effective diet and training programme that works. Ollie and Adrian are experts in their field and provide very good support. I would highly recommend McLifestyle to anyone looking for longterm sustainable results.

Fantastic experience: 1. Getting structure on my week from a nutrition & training perspective 2. My daughter told me I had a fat belly. Hearing it from other members of the family didn't hit home like hearing it from her. 3. Getting an understanding of my nutrition without having to compromise on eating nice food. 4. Fantastic experience: Honestly, the biggest struggle before I started was just getting my head in the right place to hit the gym. I mean, I used to go, but I’d often rely on programs from places like Men's Health, and I felt totally lost—didn’t have a clue about what I was doing or what I should be eating. It was all about shifting my mindset to be okay with going to the gym. I’d always stick to the same weights, never really challenging myself, and I tried to go during off-peak times to avoid looking like I did not belong. It was intimidating seeing all those young guys lifting heavy weights, and that fear of looking clueless was a huge barrier for me. I needed some guidance and now I am in a much better place now mentally and physically
Fantastic experience: My biggest hurdle has been maintaining self-motivation to reach a goal I know I can achieve; it really required daily focus. Dealing with complacency can be tough, so I leveraged my surroundings to maximize my potential. I believe my time management skills are strong, which allowed me to use my environment effectively to concentrate on my goals. I've been making sure I'm consistently producing results week after week through my own self-motivation. There’s a fantastic support unit around me, and I appreciate your contribution. Sure, some things you can tackle alone, but sometimes you just need that little voice of encouragement to keep you going. The support you provide is truly rewarding, and while I wasn't starting from a bad spot, having that kind of coaching is helpful.
Fantastic experience: Gary Creaven from Galway: So my biggest hurdle was just trying to shed the weight. I honestly thought it would be impossible to lose it. Yeah, the main struggle was definitely losing the excess weight. I took a good look at myself and realized how I appeared in pictures, and I knew I had to get it together. It was really my only option. I didn't believe I could do it, but I had to. The scale really made me face reality. I managed to lose nearly 15 kilograms in about four months. Honestly, my biggest challenge was going out, having a few drinks, and then always grabbing a takeaway afterward. I haven't done that since I started with you, which has been four months now. Fantastic experience: I’m now 5 weeks training with Adrian McDonnell and his team. The results so far are amazing. The mentoring is great keeping me on track with nutrition and fitness. Fantastic experience: My biggest challenge before I started with mc lifestyle fitness was my nutrition and also consistency with with meals and training. I finally decided to get help as I was turning 50 and had been trying to work my own gym programme and meals for past 10yrs and getting very little results. I wanted to make a change. My biggest wins since I started with mc lifestyle fitness are so many I am faster , stronger , lighter than I was in my.40s., my nutrition is on point and I can feel it every day , my energy levels are amazing I am training 3 sessions a week in gym and started couch to 5k the week I started with Adrian I've completed couch to.5k and joined a running club 2 days. a week I honestly have never felt stronger and as energetic. What i would say to someone who is thinking about signing up with Mclifestyle fitness is to make the decision and join the programme you, will never loose when you invest in yourself weather it's health or education. Adrian and john have the blueprint for getting in shape they take the guess work out of everything you know every day exactly what you have to do you know what your meals are and also if you need any questions answered they are always on WhatsApp to help .
Fantastic experience: Q1. My biggest challenge was confidence, although I may come accross confident personality wise yes but body wise no I felt fat my skin was terrible I wasn’t active I was piggish with food eating shit all the time with no excercise before and after. Q2. I have weddings and also I have my holidays and my graduation, my main reason was to be able to look slim in my suit and be confident in a shirt and tie Q3. Been paired with John ! What a guy you have on your hands Adrian I honestly mean it when I say it I couldn’t have been put with someone better an absolute top class man and an even better person, also been 6kg down is a nice lil W also but Im not done I wanna stay going ! Q4. I’d tell them to ask Adrian for John to be your coach I’d just tell them how it is, unbelievable service and an unbelievable group of men involved in it.
Fantastic experience: 1. What was your biggest challenge before we started? Seeing myself getting bigger and not knowing how to properly implement gym programs, and diet. Being out of breath after a 2.5/3k run 2. What made you finally decide it was time to get help? When I needed new jeans because I couldn't fit in the last pair. Not being able to run longer than 2.5k. Going to the gym and not seeing results. Always tired and no energy 3. What have been your biggest wins since we started? My jeans are falling off me, I have 2" of play in my work pants. Having more energy. Realising I can push more and there is always room for improvement. 4. What would you say to someone considering working with us? I would highly recommend choosing mclifestyle fitness. I'm working with john and he is great crack, very knowledgeable, he's able to answer all my questions. The gym programs are great. Meal plans are made simple tailored to what I need. Without the help from this Adrian and john I would be going in circles completly lost and not making the gains than I am now. I'm after gaining muscle and loosing weight. I have more energy, looking and feeling better about myself, more confident and fitter

Fantastic experience: Working with Adrian and his team has been a game changer for me. I was stuck in a bit of a rut in terms of my nutrition and body composition. I found it very hard to break the cycle of poor food choices which meant my weight would fluctuate massively. I decide to do something about it and this is when I found Adrian on Instagram. From the very 1st call I had a very good feeling and the process to move away from being ‘skinny fat’ was very clear and manageable. I have and still am on an epic journey that has really change my life. I have a lean physique which I haven’t had in my adult life. I gained so much knowledge and information from Adrian and Coach Ollie which has highlighted the fact that being healthy and making the right choices is not complicated. Fantastic experience: I didnt know where or how to start really. I knew certain areas needed to change but didnt know how or what to change them to such as the diet or if i needed to change the workouts i was doing previously. But just from chatting to Adrian during the introduction call after a few messages initially on Instagram, he gave me the confidence and encouragement to actually take the first step and sign up After just a month of working with Adrian and his Team, the biggest wins so far have been seeing the weight on the scales going down and changing my routines to get my steps in each day. Have really enjoyed getting out of the house more each day. If you are nervous about starting your fitness journey, reach out to Adrain. The information that he and his Team put out and give you is all top quality stuff. The training program really works. Fantastic experience: Biggest challenge before we started was getting my head around all the information being offered and provided. There was so much, it was quite overwhelming. However you soon get into routines and understand it all; The decision to seek help was i was getting bored and stagnant with my current PT, and also when on a cruise I just about squeezed into my DJ suit trousers. This was the tipping point. Biggest win since we started was visible wins with weight and how I look, but also the mindset to be in and feel during the time. Also making solid choices without feeling guilty about doing so. I would definitely recommend you guys, 100%, and say they are very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful without being over the top. Fantastic experience: Before starting with McLifestyle Fitness, my biggest challenge was knowing how and where to start with diet/nutrition and how to overcome bad eating habits (poor food choices, skipping meals etc) I had been considering doing something for a while, joined a gym but didn't get the direction or guidance I really wanted. My biggest wins have been steady weight loss that is manageable, improvement in fitness and strength and just generally looking and feeling better.
