Adrian McDonnell has been providing 1:1 personal training in Tuam, Co. Galway since 2018. He is now a full-time online coach allowing him to offer 1:1 coaching to individuals worldwide. His unique online coaching packages incorporate scientifically backed and highly effective strength and conditioning modalities to help professionals & athletes improve every aspect of their health.
