I am a fitness coach based in East Cork and I help women to re - focus on their health & fitness so they can feel strong ????, more confident & pain free in their bodies. Whether you want to fit back into your old clothes, get stronger, feel happier, I can help! I offer 1-1 in person training, virtual coaching and personalised remote training programs via my app so that a busy mum with an unpredictable schedule never has to miss out on her me time.
