Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about my experience with JR Physique. From day one, I felt completely supported and encouraged at every PT session. Jay is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always took the time to motivate me when things felt tough. The positive environment and consistent support helped me stay on track and regain confidence in my movement and fitness levels. If you’re looking for a great all round PT who is highly qualified, knowledgeable and will motivate you every step of the way with detailed programs tailored for you, Jay is your guy!
Fantastic experience: I couldn’t have been happier with a personal trainer! Jay is super organised, always comes prepared with a clear plan, and really knows his stuff. What stood out the most was how attentive and supportive he is, he listens, gives great feedback, and somehow always knows when to push just the right amount. I’ve felt way more energised after our sessions, and noticed a big boost in confidence in the gym. He creates such a comfortable, encouraging environment that it’s easy to stay motivated and actually enjoy working out (which is a first for me!). Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trainer who genuinely cares and makes fitness fun and effective.

Fantastic experience: I looked for a personal trainer who was going to help and guide me so I could learn more from my training, slim down and cultivate healthier lifestyle habits and nutrition. I was recommended Jay and after speaking to him I felt that he would be the best PT to go with to help me with what I wanted. Firstly I found Jay professional and very respectful, he was willing to listen to me and discuss the best way to approach my training going forward. With each training session I gained more knowledge on how to progress with weight training and why each exercise was effective for what I wanted to achieve. He helped turn what I wanted into achieveable realistic goals. I found he took a holistic approach and provided excellent training programmes that challenged me. During this time I lost weight, learnt how to progress with weight training, cultivated healthier eating habits and provided me with the support and knowledge that I would need going forward. He kept me accountable and offered advice whenever I needed it. Therefore I would highly recommend Jay to anyone seeking a PT
Fantastic experience: Very good trainer. Jay help me prepare to my competition in North Ireland. He was so helpful, get me understanding diet and training plan .I was thinking be so hard,but I was feeling so good until my show day come.Never felt tired and anxious. At the day of competition day he drove down to Belfast and help me with food around show. We Won 1st place in my category, that was my happy day ,my dreams come true
Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing trainer. From workout plans to nutrition and support, this man does it all. Training with him is an absolute blast and he puts a tremendous amount of effort into fitting your schedule and making each workout session the best it can be. Not only is he very knowledgeable and professional, but he is also just a really supportive and cool guy. If you are looking for a personal trainer, I doubt you would find anyone better!

Fantastic experience: I cannot see myself enjoying my training any more than when I am with Jay. Any hesitations you have of getting into the gym are quickly put to ease with such a friendly, supportive and reassuring experience. Training is always well structured, intense, attentive, time efficient, fun and professional. His knowledge and guidance has helped me gain so much confidence in training again. Fantastic experience: An amazing atmosphere with a supportive, thoughtful, fun and extremely knowledgeable coach. All training is adjusted to suit anyone's training ability and goals. Jay knows a huge amount about injury prevention and rehab. He helped me so much fixing my shoulder issues, where I used to suffer a lot of shoulder pain. Jay's attention to detail unrivalled and my confidence and enjoyment from my training is better now than I ever thought it could be
