I am not a healer. I do not heal anyone. I think of myself as a stepping stone on a pathway of self discovery. I create a space where people can find grow and learn how incredibly wonderful they are by teaching them to love themselves through training and food that’s all I do. I’m a person who supports people. I help people take charge of their lives. I help them discover their own power. I help them get the blocks and barriers out of their life so they can become the best version on themselves. Its amazing how their lives get better. They feel better. They get the jobs they want. Fantastic experience: Took on the 12 week program with Peter. Had zero prior knowledge of fitness training and nutrition before starting. Peter started with tailoring the program around my lifestyle incorporating my work and rugby . I was always held accountable and he ensured to check in with me on a regular basis to ensure i was making progress and helping with any challenges i faced. Over the 12 weeks I dropped fat , built a healthy sustainable nutriton plan and increased muscle mass. Would highly recommend the program to anyone looking to take the first step into creating a healthy balanced fitness lifestyle

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend PDF to anyone looking to get into fitness. Peter and his team create a safe, positive and welcoming atmosphere which is perfect for beginners who are apprehensive about starting. Peter tailors the programme to suit you and your lifestyle. Fantastic experience: 100% the best decision I have ever made!! I have been following Peter for a while now and have never had the courage to get a trainer. At the start of January and Lockdown 3 Peter was using this time to give back to people. I saw this as a sign to sing up for his 8 week coaching program (by far the best decision I’ve made). From the minute I signed up Peter was in contact straight away, getting all the information he needed to create my plan, everything was designed to what I had and what I liked. I can’t believe the difference physically in just 8 weeks at home, but if you could measure the difference mentally it would be double it. My relationship with food is the best it’s every been (and it’s not one bit restricted - I had chocolate everyday on my plan). My sleep got better, I was subconsciously more active, more productive and my relationship with all those around me improve because I was a much happier person. Anyone can design an exercise plan or meal plan but having a person that individualises it to you for you and is there to check in with you every week, not to make sure your doing everything but to help with things you a struggling with. Peter has been that person for me that has supported and helped me over the last 8 weeks, anything I needed to change or wanted he did it immediately. Anything I asked for I got. You don’t need a gym or loads of equipment just the right person to guide you!

Fantastic experience: When I was training for the kerry marathon I joined Peter as i felt i needed that extra motivation in order to hit my goals. He was of great assistance to me whenever I needed him. Any injury or knock I had while training, also he tailor made a specific running plan and nutrition plan as i was unsure of it. Overall experience was positive and would recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Join pd fitness last December excellent one to one training. and food plan. But do to covid all stopped but the guys in pd offered me equipment to take home and a weekly check in and motivation to keep going. Looking forward to going back.

Fantastic experience: Peter is a genuine Personal Trainer. He listens to YOU & helps YOU learn about nutrition without making you feel you're on a diet. He is always there to help you with tough days & believe in yourself. With Peter it is not about muscle bulking or shedding pounds in a short period. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend PD fitness, When I started with Peter and Shane I was lost with my training and nutrition and they helped me through all of it, I had back pain too but because of the programme they had me on the pain was nowhere near as bad! I was with the lads for over a year and now I am able to train myself from what I picked up, if your unhappy with your training get onto the lads because you will see results and have a bit of craic along the way too!

Fantastic experience: Training with Peter has been the best decision I've ever made. He's a breath of fresh air going into every session, he will always put a smile on your face no matter how good or how brutal the workout will be. He's a fountain of knowledge and he's so realistic and tailors workouts and meals to the specific individual and that's what I love. He's so professional but so approachable no matter how big or small any query is and always provides 24/7 support when needed.

Fantastic experience: I joined PD fitness last year and I must say Peter is fantastic, I always had a fear of joining gyms but PD fitness is so different to anything I've ever tried before, and from the very first session I felt at ease, he was so knowledgeable and knew exactly how far to push me without me giving up which was something I had done many times over the years. He knows exactly how to work meal plans around a daily life so much so that I never felt like I was missing out on anything. I also for the first time ever enjoyed working out. Not only is Peter a great PT he is also someone that has a fantastic mentality and can always help keep a positive mindset. Also his gym is amazing!

Fantastic experience: You get a personal service from Peter where he not only helps you to train correctly but gives you meal plans and checks in on you to see how you are getting on. He gives great tips that you can bring into your everyday life whether hectic or not. Highly recommend A++++

Fantastic experience: I started online coaching with Peter in January , I had lost my drive for fitness since we went into lockdown last year but peter wasn’t long getting me back on track. I started to find my love for it again and feeling good in myself . Peter really has your best interest at heart and doesn’t just want results for a quick fix or an after photo but to make you realise that this is a lifestyle change and it’s all about good nutrition and daily habits and once you get those in check the rest will fall into place . I can’t praise peter enough for always being on hand when you need him or if your feeling bad about a week he doesn’t be long setting you straight.

Fantastic experience: Working with Peter has been a game changer for me. My overall strength & fitness has improved no end. Peter has taught me the importance of consistency in terms of the most basic elements ... water, steps and nutrition. As well as offering excellent support and motivation as a PT I think there is a life coach in there also!

Fantastic experience: I joined PD fitness at the start of August, as my main goal was to get into shape. Through all the hard work and help from Peter each week teaching me more about nutrition and exercise I am thrilled with the results. While I haven’t yet reached my goal weight I know that I will in the near future with the help of Peter.

Fantastic experience: All my adult life I’ve struggled with my weight. If I’m honest with myself I’ve always known what I needed to do to in order to lose the extra fat, especially since I’ve done it before. What was missing was the encouragement and accountability that Peter has given me, and keeps me on track when I want to indulge. In the first few weeks of working with Peter he actually gradually increased my food! My grouchy mood soon balanced out and the weight is steadily shifting with no sign of stopping. I’d never before spent money with a PT, and was SO apprehensive... my only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner. Now I’m on track to be in the best shape of my life as I hit 40, and when we get married later in the year I’ll be able to look back on the photos and instead of cringing at the small round person marrying my beautiful bride, I’ll instead feel proud that I did it and am setting a brilliant example for our daughter. If you’re looking for a personal trainer in Tralee, PD Fitness should be your first (and last) stop.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend pd fitness.. best in the business. Peter goes above and beyond for his clients. He constant checks in to make sure things still suit and are still on track outside the sessions no matter where in your Program your at which I never had before.. Hes more of a “friend” than a trainer. He can just have the craic with you which makes it feel less awkward and daunting to go train.. I definitely wouldn’t have stuck to it half as much if it wasn’t for pd fitness..

Fantastic experience: I've been working with Peter and Shane in PD Fitness for about 2 months and it is honestly the best decision I have ever made. I never thought I'd love working out and now it's my favourite part of the week. Whether the classes are in the gym or through zoom, Peter always makes you believe that you can smash any workout and achieve all your goals. Peter always makes an effort to check in during the week to see how you are getting on. He is always ready to listen if you are having trouble with any part of your plan. Cannot say enough good about Peter and Shane. I would 10/10 recommend signing up with PD Fitness.

Fantastic experience: Peter is top class not just your average trainer. I am the type of person who struggles with sticking to a strict diet plan , but with Peter's help checking in couple times a week helping with new way of thinking around food and training , I have got fitter lost loads of kgs on the weighing scales body fat has dropped and strongest I've ever been .. def the best in the business ..

Fantastic experience: I’ve known Peter a few years now. He’s become an expert at what he does. PD fitness is one of the best crowds you could approach for help on your journey. Peter’s knowledge on nutrition training and motivation is unmatched. His check in system keeps you on your toes and keeps you accountable for your journey. I’ve been with peter more than 3 months now and have loved every second of it I’ve learned more from him in the past 3 months than anywhere else before him. His best trait is that he’s not just like any boring mundane coach. He’s your friend, he looks after you and it feels like family. So if you’re looking to kickstart your fitness journey I couldn’t recommend anyone better than Peter and PD fitness.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a professional coach and contacted Peter based on his Instagram positive recommendations. Following a one hour assessment , or get to know each other, Peter proposed a two session coaching exercise. In two working sessions, Peter managed to help me clarify what I was striving for. These coaching sessions were very good investment of money and time and would recommend Peter to any professional at her/his career. It does make the difference
