Fantastic experience: The MoveStrong Transformation Program was an incredibly effective and easy program to follow. I was able to safely and easily shed 6 and a half kilos within a 12 week period, while also increasing my energy and endurance levels. You never starve yourself or over work your body to the point where you will cause yourself harm. It had somehow reduced my cravings for sugar and salt, which is something that I used to add to any meal. Jamie is an incredibly patient instructor, one that has a true passion for this program itself. I will be doing this Transformsion Program that he has personally tailored for me again very soon, and can not wait to see the results in another 12 weeks.

Fantastic experience: The online Movestrong Transformation Program run by Jamie is fantastic. 3x40 minute training sessions a week is not much time out of your week to help make you fitter, stronger, and leaner. During the 3 month program I lost 12kg, got much stronger, was able to perform cardio for longer periods without tiring, and learned more about nutrition. If you put in the effort during this program you will see fantastic results at the end.
