Fantastic experience: An amazing gym! The staff are so knowledgeable and worked with me to adjust my programme to avoid aggravating old injuries. They make me accountable and give me just the right amount of motivation. On top of that they are friendly and have created a real community feel in the gym getting the clients involved in monthly challenges and organising regular social meetups outside of the gym. You will be glad you joined!

Fantastic experience: Joined EMF around a month ago and I'm loving the sessions so far. All the coaches give excellent guidance on how to complete the exercises and are supportive throughout the class, adapting to meet your level of fitness where required. The environment is welcoming and warm. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve started training with EMF a few weeks ago as I was going to another gym by myself for around 2 years, but wasn’t seeing the results I was expecting. This could’ve been to incorrect form or not having an exercise program tailored to my needs as I’ve went in aimlessly and did different exercises I’ve watched on YouTube. Since joining and incorporating the recommended exercises to do both inside and outside of our sessions, I’m learning new ways of training my body and hitting muscles I haven’t been activating before. I’m a few months after surgery so I haven’t been able to work as hard as I would like, but the team at EMF have been very supportive and patient in taking our time and working at a healthy pace. They have all been so positive and there’s always a great energy when you walk into the gym and when you leave, you feel great for the rest of the day. I’m looking forward to continuing my journey with EMF and reaching my fitness goals, and I would recommend everyone to give EMF a go. From beginners to experts and everyone in between, you’ll be made welcome here and hopefully you too will get to where you want to be.

I didn’t expect to feel so comfortable so quickly - everyone is really welcoming, which has helped me stay consistent and actually enjoy going. Fantastic experience: I have delt with Philip on a personal level, while trying to get back into a fitness routine after a few lazy years. The man has helped me morning, noon and night with any questions. Iv even trained with him.. He's knowledge is second to none, so if Philip is anything to go by, the rest of the staff and EMF are friendly, helpful and a bit of fun.. The sessions are fun and enjoyable as well as challenging my fitness levels. Any nerves you may have are quickly banished. Staff are so patient explaining the different exercises. My level of fitness has improved so much in the few months I have been attending. Fantastic experience: I had been passing the door for many months and was curious as to what was happening inside. "Lifting and laughing" -- I said to myself "Pain and Laughter" are not a known combination!!!. How wrong I was. Since I joined in early December 2024, EMF has been a tremendous assistance to me (20 years since I have been anywhere near a gym). Massive help from the guys and above all it brings enjoyment to an otherwise tough 50 minutes exercise. Worth every cent , they ensure you follow the plan and there is "tough love" at times. Make sure that you have a vision and of what you want out of it, what does success mean to you. Anyway, Thanks for the tremendous help you have given me in recent times -- it is a game changer.

Fantastic experience: One month ago I started exercising with Phil as my trainer. He is professional and kind, patient and understanding. All the guys working here are great! His encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start this program. Fantastic experience: What a fantastic set up the lads have, my son Nathan who is 10 yrs old has hemiplegia cerebral palsy he started with EMF about 3 weeks ago, all I can say is they made the whole process fun and comfortable for Nathan a fabulous service for kids with any disability, we are looking forward to having a long relationship with EMF I would 100% recommend this gym.

Negative experience: Didn't sign up in the end, I don't doubt you will get a personalised experience in this gym, you should as you are paying for it!! I didn't get clear information at the start and came for a 60 euro consultation for a movement check and a few questions! Better spent on a training session I'd say. Most classes are personal trainers so expect to pay out for that too! I'm not happy but at least if I was given clear information from the start I could have avoided paying out anything!!

Fantastic experience: Just joined this gym. Was dreading it but as soon I walked in my fears were gone. The lads are so helpful and knowledgeable y only regret I didn’t sign up sooner. But as the saying goes it’s never too late .you come away feeling so good

Fantastic experience: Recently joined this gym and I must say what a great gym to attend, the lads are absolutely amazing and so tuned in to what works for the certain individual, I have already felt the benefits from being here for a few weeks already, I'm loving it and I'm looking forward to continuing my journey here and the banter and laughs is amazing, this gym is so easy going and relaxed but also dedicated to getting the indivual to where they need to be and want to be, which is what I wanted. Fantastic experience: I only started going to Eoin Murphy Fitness about 8 weeks ago after being out of action for 10 months. I have found that my strength and fitness levels have come back and no matter how difficult I think a specific exercise is I will always get plenty of encouragement and support to rise to the challenge. On top of all that there is always an element of fun involved which makes is to much easier. I always feel so much better leaving the gym.

Fantastic experience: Love training here! Been training for 20 years and never enjoyed a gym so much. Past five years training here I’ve had two babies and they helped me back training with their pre and post natal classes, working with the guidelines from my Doctor’s and physio. Never feels like work though…always a laugh to be had. I can’t wait for my little ones to be old enough to attend their child and teen PT/classes.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy my visits to EMF - and I never thought I'd look at a dumbbell not to mind actually lift real weights! The team are so helpful and the programs are tailored to your own needs and capabilities (and I've had two unrelated surgeries during my membership they've worked around and designed plans that work with my restrictions and help my recovery). It's a relaxed atmosphere, no pressure, and I've definitely improved my overall health and wellness (back pain from desk job hugely improved), so highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Very professional yet friendly service provided , my 2 teenagers really enjoy it as good banter with their trainer whilst getting their workout done , usually hard to get my son to take part in activities so this has been a god send .

Fantastic experience: Top class training. Very structured. Pushes you hard but not past your limits. Very specific about doing the exercises correctly to get the most out of them. Very competent trainers who really know their stuff. Very precise programs, you feel the outcome. All done in a very good humoured way. It’s fun and tough. Fantastic experience: Before joining EMF my knee (not me ) was afraid of a simple step, but now I can squat and lunge without, the knee, being afraid of breaking (again). I feel both mentally and physically better and stronger. It is a great atmosphere to train in and the guys there are so helpful and motivating. Eoin Dean and Phil certainly did have their work cut out for me when I joined. Best gym I've ever been in Dean Eoin Phil and Brid are brilliant at what they do. The atmosphere and banter alone is enough to keep going, but the encouragement and confidence and physical changes are the cherry on top. Fantastic experience: I have been dogged by back and neck problems for a good number of years. I was very nervous going back to any kind of training. On seeing and hearing how my daughter was getting on with personal training with Eoin Murphy Fitness I had to give it a go. Now roughly two months later I am so much stronger and happier from the personal training I can’t believe it! It has been so long since I felt this good!! Fantastic experience: I love training in Eoin Murphy Fitness with both Eoin and Philip, They bring fun into training and are totally professional in helping me reach my level of required fitness and demonstrate great professionalism while training. The gym itself is ideally located for me with lots of parking straight outside the door and all the other members are so friendly that it makes training such fun and getting toned and fit just seems to come naturally and Eoin and Philip are great guys to train with.
