Straight Blast Gym (SBG) is Dublin and Ireland's premier martial arts facility, specialising in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, Self Defence, Boxing, Muay Thai and Kickboxing with world class representatives such as UFC 2 division Champion Conor McGregor, Gunnar Nelson, and James Gallagher. Beginner friendly adults, kids, and ladies only classes are well catered for. SBG Ireland is run by John Kavanagh, Ireland's first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt and MMA fighter. Located on the Goldenbridge Industrial Estate in Inchicore, this state of the art gym is open early from 6am weekdays until late, and at weekends as well. There is plenty of free parking and first class changing facilities including showers, sauna and lockers.
