Fantastic experience: Muito bom desporto para os miúdos, e adultos e um desporto com muitas regras apesar de pessoas acharem violento, sim tem que estar em forma não se meta no ring sem saber !!!!! mas é muito bom para o desenvolvimento do jovem aprendiz o seu comportamento e respeito pelas pessoas é desenvolvido também muito bom para o desenvolvimento do corpo humano boa postura perante a sociedade maneira de estar e ver o mundo são tudo sentidos que são desenvolvidos devido a quantidade de exercícios, é um desporto super completo e aqui se formam campeões.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic for City kids, every boy and girl that I know through my life , have never failed in life going here, the people are friendly and dedicated to teaching kick boxing , boxing, for boys and girl.
